Answer:	It can be placed upside down, and there are indentions for gripping. It’s exactly like the one at my gym, and we did pushups and other plank-based exercises on it all the time. Works great.

Answer:	There should have been instructions and a foot pump with it. There is a nipple that inserts in the center of the flat side. As I remember, you have to pull it out quickly so only a little air escapes after you pump it up.

Answer:	I am not sure. We inflated an exercise ball and after many attempts we realized that we needed to take the plug out of the ball and then pump. After filled, we replaced the plug. I don’t know if this would be the same issue with your 10” ball.

Answer:	Yes but there is a design flaw and the air rushes out the top of the pump. It’s hard to use this pump, doesn’t really work.

Question:	How Big Is It
Answer:	There are charts online that tell you what size to get based on your height. I am 5'7" and have a 25 inch ball, which seems right for exercises where I am siting on it. However, that seems too big to use with the "dead bug" exercise, so I am going to get a smaller ball for that. So it depends how you plan to use it.

Answer:	They bounce. For a good bouncing capability, you just inflate them a little more. Not sure if they would be the best for dribbling - they have a tacky surface and the material is soft rubber, so slower rebound. I use these indoors because the rebound is slower, so accidents are less likely;)
