Answer:	I purchased a new set of these phones to replace a worn out 10 year old Panasonic set. I did notice the batteries needed to be fully charged 3 or 4 times before reaching max talk time. After a week or so on my desk ( and FULLY charging the batteries every other day) the phones now hold a charge quite well. These phones also provide an audible prompt when the battery level is low. I feel the batteries need to be 'conditioned' with repeated LOW BATTERY and FULLY CHARGED cycles before holding the longer charges. After a month or so of daily use I'm well satisfied with this set.

Answer:	I bought the Chapin 97300 sprayer. It does not come with a lighter plug. As the Amazon site states, it uses alligator clips to connect to battery. The wiring uses an SAE bullet connector near the pump. The alligator clips, on/off switch uses an SAE connector to plug into the pump wiring. This part looks like "Valley Industries Wire Harness with Clamps" on Amazon. You can buy an SAE connector, on/off switch, lighter plug from Amazon as "Master 33-103260-CSK Wire Harness with Quick and Easy Connection DC Plug" which is what I did.

Contacted Chapin, said the had some bad motors but they would send me new pump which they did. Took my old one off to replace with new one, nothing would match up. Old one had threaded connections. New one did not. Totally screwed up ! Called Chapin back, they said the would send a different pump. No! I did not buy this to have something to have to work on ! After discussion. They agreed to send me a completely new system assaembled. Got new system, still in box. Never even opened it yet. Just used my back pack sprayer. When I have more time to fool with it, will see if it is any better ? That is the whole story .

Answer:	Yes..I I ordered an additional phone to put in another room. Though initially it was out of stock it was back ordered- it has since arrived.

Answer:	Yes, you can record your message. A Digital answering machine is just an answering machine connected to a landline with the ability to store recorded messages to an internal memory chip. Don't get hung up on the word digital. It's just an answering machine like you're used to. To record your message on your handset you push menu then type in #302, select yes, then record up to 2 minutes of a message then press stop.
