Answer:	I have this for breakfast every single morning. Some days I’ll replace a dinner or lunch but that’s not common. I have both the chocolate and the vanilla. Every morning I do 8oz of almond milk, two scoops of this, a teaspoon or two of chia seeds, teaspoon of matcha green tea powder, and I also add a vegetable supplement powder (1/2-1 teaspoon) and ice. In about 6 weeks I’ve lost 13 pounds. I do genuinely feel this keeps me fuller longer, make me have less of an appetite when it comes to later meals and curbs my snack cravings. It’s only in the past two weeks I’ve paired this with working out. I really enjoy this and do recommend it!

Answer:	I'm a nurse and have found an easy "life-hack" for pills that are hard to swallow or have a bad taste. Take the pill and coat it with a small bit of olive oil, butter, margarine between your fingers. It will slide down so fast and easy, you won't taste it. I use this for my vitamins (a/k/a the size of horse pills sometimes) and they go down easily. I am a person that can only take one pill at a time, and this works for me. Good luck to you.

Answer:	This isn't a definite answer but, given the extremely long history of iron supplementation via ferrous sulfate, it's very unlikely they company would go to the expense of animal testing for this specific product even if they don't disavow it entirely (and I should say I have no reason to think or believe they test any of their products on animals.) It almost surely means they test the actual material they use rather than simply relying on the "general fact" of well-known chemistry that 325 mg of ferrous sulfate contains 65 mg of elemental iron.

Answer:	Yes, I have used in snow with no problems. But the mount is not sealed. But should be robust enough for any reasonable weather exposure. BTW, freakingly sharp lens!
Question:	does this have carbohydrates
Answer:	The Sigma 70-200mm Lens package I purchased, the lens did come in it's original boxing from Sigma! This package does appear different than the one I purchased! Also want to tell you I am very happy with this lens!
Question:	What is the artificial sweetener in this? I imagine there is one, but it's not listed on the label that I can find
