Answer:	my experience, the driver had a truck w a liftgate and he used a pallet jack to bring to the edge of my drive way. There would be no way to use the pallet jack over the grass due the weight of the hearth I took the pallet apart and brought it to my back yard in pcs. As for the Hearth(which is by far all the weight) I used the cardboard topper, placed it on that, hook straps to the cardboard and drug it to my back yard w a buddy. However for assembly (which is easy by the way) it took 4 MEN to left the hearth and place it on the stand

Answer:	Directions: 1. Place stove bottom on its side & attach 3 legs using nine 1/4" x 1" screw & nuts. Buy washers to add to all screws. Tighten securely, but be careful not to over tighten or the legs will break. 1. Insert 2 grates in the stove bottom. Attach 3 connector plates to stove bottom using three 1/4" x 3/4" screws & nuts. Leave loosely tightened. 3. Attach the hook on left side of the mesh stove assembly using a nut. 4. Install mesh stove assembly from previous steps. Align connector plates & fasten using three 1/4"x3/4" screws & nuts. 5. Install stove top on mesh stove assembly. Align the holes on the top with the holes in the connector plates & connect using three 1/2"x1" screws & nuts. Leave loosely tightened. 6. Connect lower flue to stove top using three 1/4"x1" screws & nuts. Secure all bolts from previous steps, but do not over tighten. 7. Attach upper flue to lower flue using three 1/4"x3/4" screws. Question:	Does it need to be 'seasoned' like a new grill, or even a cast iron pan
Answer:	51 inches bottom of feet to the top of the chimney. The 'firebox' is appx 22 inches in diameter on the inside and about 14-15 inches from grate to start of chimney. The unit burns well. I burn small logs and they are usually completely consumed. I'm quite satisfied with mine.

Answer:	i got the one that came up as the suggested "others also ordered" option. it is the Duck Covers Elite Chiminea Cover (Fits chimineas 12"DIA (Top) x 28"DIA (Bottom) x 48"H). it is really durable and fits well. there is room left at the top for a chiminea with a taller upper stack, but it covers the whole bottom and leaves about a 2 inch gap at the bottom. there are also tie downs for each of the 4 legs of the chiminea to keep it from blowing off.

Answer:	Only use it on a fireproof base.

Question:	Non combustible vs regular for fireplace mantel
Answer:	I would go out of my way to make sure no accidents were in the works while upgrading our old wood burning fireplace. We now have an electric one. It can be switched to heat and there is a lovely new TV sitting above the non combustible mantel. I cant say it would absolutely stop any fire from spreading if something unpredictable happens. You may want to review consumer report tests. I can tell you of the three mantels ordered -two were returned and this one by far is the most attractive and hopefully the safest as well

Answer:	The mantel comes with the mounting bracket that attaches to the wall directly. You then mount the mantel on to the bracket. The hardware referred to that is not included is referencing the specific types of screws needed for your type of fireplace wall surface itself. That's all that is needed in addition to the mantel and the bracket.
