Answer:	Hi NOLA Shopper! Oh my goodness! That sounds gnarly! We would not see a problem removing the blood stains, our product should make easy work of cleaning the deck boards. We would recommend using the product at a lower dilution ratio, like 1:1 or 1:2 - even full strength spraying on the blood stains after wetting the deck boards. Work the cleaner into the boards with the deck brush provided. The deck brush in our kit will work well in getting the blood loose of the boards. Answer:	OK just realized what you are looking for. The Sheath is the heavy clear plastic cover already ove the trimmer's blades. If you look at the sheath at top by handle of trimmer there are a couple snaps to open it and close it. It is plastic but the price was great. I am just very careful when I remove and recover my trimmer and it's doing it's job just fine. :)

Answer:	You can, but I would not advise doing so without a respirator with fresh air tank if you are planning on spraying it. This stuff is potentially dangerous at full strength and breathing it even when diluted would be hazardous. Danger is very much related to concentration with this product and it does not take a lot. The active ingredient is N-Dodecyl/tetradecyl-N, N-dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride also referred to as Benzalkonium Chloride. If you do use it indoors please be certain of your math/calculations when diluting it and do not inhale any mist if sprayed. I am not the paranoid type. This is potent and must be handled with care.Also, as another responder pointed out. It does not rain inside, so you would see no removal of existing mold and stains with this product . It would only serve as a mold preventer. Even outside, the cleaning action is provided by the elements, namely rain and sun, the product simply kills the existing mold and prevents new mold growth.

This method even works up on a ladder and preferred over a pressure washer because the strong blast of water can damage the surface.

Answer:	Amazon sets their own retail prices. So at times the pricing might be lower for an internal promotion. That is the only explanation we can offer.
Question:	Will it change the color of the stain
Answer:	In a sense yes. You apply the solution to the floor and use the scrubber pads, cleaning pads or buffing pads depending on the solution you are using. If you are using a more liquid solution and the scouring pads, or the cleaning pads you will need to wipe, or mop up the remaining liquid as this unit does not suck it up. However if you are using the buffer, the buffer pads do a good job of buffering and picking up the buffering solutions as those solutions tend to be less watery.

Answer:	It has scrape bar, maybe works on the window and tile wall. I bough it to clean my kitchen, works well for me!!!

Answer:	It should. If the staining is bad, I recommend manual application with a soft to medium bristle brush, and a 1-part OxySolve to 10-parts water mixture- apply, scrub, let sit wet for 4-5 minutes (but not dry or will be harder to remove) and rinse.
Question:	Does one have to use the brightener after using the wood cleaner? if the wood is already bright, can something else (like water?) be used

Answer:	This product is absolutely safe for automobiles and trucks. It can be used in a pressure washer or manually.
Question:	How many square feet will this product clean
Answer:	This product does not work the same way as car soap, although it can be used to wash a car. The chemistry is geared toward environmental pollutants, dirt and some road grime. It is not a degreaser, so if road tar, grease and oil are the issue using regular Simple Green All Purpose Cleaner or Simple Green Pro HD might be more effective.

Answer:	No in fact it might make it brighter. It's not going to bring the color back but more just cleaning the wood before you re-stain.
Question:	Is this safe for use on aluminum siding
Answer:	I used the Wood Cleaner on a 5-year-old pressure treated deck and got what I thought was excellent results. I wondered if the Deft Brightner would really do anything, but the Defy Stain said to use the Brightener to neutralize the wood cleaner. What amazed me was that the Brightener took the wood from a clean but slightly weather look to wood that looked like it had just been delivered from the mill. I would answer Yes use the Brightener for cleaner wood and a better stain.
Question:	What should the outdoor temperature be at for this to work
Answer:	I used this product on a cedar deck that hadn't been cleaned since the mid 1990's. The amount of organic debris that came off was truly stunning. Follow directions and use youtube videos for 'how to.' I called the manufacturer and found them to be very helpful, too. I used the 'brightener' afterwards - an acid that lightens the wood and neutralizes the ph. That is important, too. I cannot vouch that the product is good for redwood, but I'd imagine it is. I would read-up or call the manufacturer to make sure. As a chemistry major and rookie at 'cleaning' wood decks, I couldn't be happier with my decision using Defy products. Dave Stevens

Answer:	This product is designed to remove mold and dark discolorations. It will brighten the wood but likely make it more gray. I used it on a 10 year old deck, removed the black color & mold but actually turned the deck to a lighter gray color. This product contains no color stain, it is simply a cleaner that works well.
Question:	How much will this cover
Answer:	Yes it does.I used it on my wooden deck. And the stone.
Question:	can it be used on trex
Answer:	Not sure if it removes grease... I would say no.... It did clean the deck fairly good, but I had to scrub it with a broom. It's supposed to be a "spray on - spray off" no scrubbing cleaner.... but it didn't work that way for me. If you need to clean grease, I would try something else.
