Step Three: When air reaches all the way to the bottom, open the valves again and let the cushion/pillow resume filling itself. To deflate this pillow, simply open the valve and let the air release. Answer:	Yes, there are 2 zippers on the back of backrest. One zipper is for the pocket. They will not affect the comfort when leaning on the backrest

Answer:	Fake reviews, be aware, it is very evident. Plus, this is "gel rubber" and is not laced with gold, as the price seems to indicate. The product -may- help you, as would any decent memory foam or "gel" but not as much as as these companies want you to think. The good part of this company? They are only half as greedy as those "purple" ones. Something to seriously consider is your weight, and height, and your injuries. If you are smaller, something like this, or one of the the ones with the tailbone cutouts. Some people prefer "soft" with this one is, some prefer "firm" and others layered (one layer of firm, covered by one layer of medium. More expensive rarely means it is more reputable or of a better quality. If you are 5' 10" or under, you'd want something like this or one of the Coccyx cushions, depending like I said, on your pain level (and location) If you are 6' and taller, or heavy, wide, etc... look for one that is "Very Large" Or "Wide" since those are also usually built for heavier people.
