Answer:	If you have been trying to set the watch with the stem you will need to return the watch hands to the talking time first. Press the time button to find the talking time (whatever it says), and turn the stem until they match the spoken time.Next, READ the directions. The talking time is set by using the dimple near the 4 on the watch dial. When the spoken time is the correct time, stop messing with it. It will take a few minutes for the watch hand to automatically display the time.You MUST read the directions. You will only make minor time adjustment with the stem - most of the time changing (into and out of daylight savings) is done with the dimple at the 4.

Answer:	I have not personally used the Munchkin Arm & Hammer On The Go dispenser but, I previously had the Oh Baby Bags and Dispenser and found that to be terrible as it was hard to get the bags out and then a lot of the bags themselves tore. I really like the Ubbi Dispenser. I haven’t had to realign the roll of bags, they roll out smoothly and easily, and the bags themselves are good quality and don’t tear.
