Answer:	Comes as a post mount but post mount is designed to be easily removed to become a rail mount, which is what i did in about 2 minutes. If you have the ability to install a rail mount seat, you will have no trouble.

Answer:	The same bolt that you tighten or loosen to to attach the seat to the seat post is the one you loosen to adjust the tilt and front to back.
Question:	Does this crush your balls like most bike seats do
Answer:	What I have learned is that some seats slide back and forth where us guys need to be able to angle the seat and be able to tilt it forward. This seat from the pics will allow you to tilt the nose down. You should also raise the seat up so that your leaning over the handlebars not arms parallel. All stuff I didn't know before.

Answer:	I haven’t measured the seats on the spin bikes at the gym I go to but this seat works on them and is super comfy. I’m guessing that since your bike seat dimension is only .5” off it would work. Worth a try.
