Answer:	Yes, I believe so because I have regular aluminum bar and Preston and I’m sure that the shifters probably mount the same way

Answer:	I’ve used these grips on many bike restorations. Occasionally I have noticed them slipping a bit. I have always been able to solve the problem by tightening the screw. I’m guessing the bars you are using may be of slightly smaller diameter than usual. Try putting a single layer of electrical tape on the bar first. JB

Answer:	Sometimes there can be tolerance issues from one bar and one grip to the next. Even if you measured 'exactly' sometimes a grip will be slippery. Here's an old bike shop trick: Remove the grips and clean the bars with isopropyl alcohol. Clean any grease or oil out of the grips with a little dish soap and rinse. Let bars and grips dry a minute. Spray some aerosol hairspray inside the grip and be sure to wet the inside well. Slide the grip on (it should slide on super easy). Be sure it is straight (not twisted) and aligned exactly the way you want it. Let dry about 10-20 minutes. The hairspray will act almost as a glue. Test before riding. NOTE: It's easy to get off when disassembly is needed. Just force water under the grip, or some more isopropyl alcohol.
Question:	Did anyone else have any issues with the end caps not fitting and just sliding out
Answer:	I had the same problem. The solution I found was to slide the grips on the handlebars. Then I turned the bike on its side and used a hammer to pound the endcaps into the handlebar tube. That worked for me. The endcaps are in there snug now. Hope that helps!

Answer:	Depending on your definition of extreme hot weather oh, are we talking about LV112 degrees PLUS or 80-100 degrees. In the 80 to 100 degrees I haven't noticed any issues.

Answer:	Might be coming from China where there is very little going on because of the pandemic. No adult bikes at Walmart for example. Trek builds almost all bikes sold in USA overseas practically all from main land China

Answer:	No they are all one piece. There are no end caps. U might be able to modify them and install your aluminum ends on them.

Answer:	They will fit any standard bicycle handle bar. If they seem tight just use a little soap and water and they will slip right on. If too big just use a bit of super glue to hold them in place. The measurement of handle bars are usually 7/8" - 1 1/8". Hope this helps.

Question:	Does it work on grip shift handles
Answer:	Stopped by a local bike shop here in Ketchum, Idaho, to look at grip shifter bikes. Store has only children size bikes with that shifting. That being said I noticed that shifting is on the left side and the hand grip is shorter than the normal right side. These grips are identical with metal ends to tighten on the handle bars and May not work with your bike. Look on line or visit your local shop. 🚲😎

Answer:	They should, but I can't say with certainty. The grips are somewhat stretchy, so if you use a wetting solution - I usually use isopropyl alcohol - I'm pretty confident that they would go on.

Answer:	These grips work well when you want a firm grip of the bike. Like a mountain bike or BMX. Not for a beach cruiser or road bike, to firm for a relaxing ride.

Answer:	They are 5 3/8" long. The hole is about 3/4" in diameter and will obviously stretch to fit a 7/8" diameter handlebar. There is a medium gray soft oval pad with tiny "knurls" (crosshatches) that should face the rider. This is where you rest your palm. The gray "flap" that extends from the end of the handle is where your fingers go. Make sure the Schwinn logo faces up, too. I'm going to try the dish soap and water method to install them, after cleaning handlebar with rubbing alcohol.

If you don't have grip shifts, you can use these, but you might want to look for the standard length (120-150mm, about 4.5 inches) instead.

Answer:	I have A RXL bar and they fit perfectly. But the grips are adjustable to whatever bar you have because they tighten down with a hex nut.

Answer:	These grips are almost 5 1/2” long. If you only have 3” of usable handlebar, these will not work effectively.
