Answer:	It’s pretty small, about 8 inches long and compact. It should be great! I wore it often in Ireland and it worked great.The rain never soaked through , however it’s not warm.

Answer:	These are women's boots and the M is for medium or standard. They fit pretty true to size, I wear thick socks with them.

Answer:	Not so much support; but they are super stiff so they dig into the ankle and heel area.

Answer:	Boot ratings will vary. I have worked retail for numerous years and am an avid outdoors man, these will be comfortable potentially down to maybe -15 if you run warm. They do not have thick insulation and the liners do pack down a bit with wear. People will say various temps but its all subject to the individual and their body temp. If you are moving around in these boots you could stay warmer. If you will be wearing these for california winters they will work well. Do not expect to last all day in 0 degree or colder weather with minimal movement. If you wear these boots for to and from work all winter they will do great. Do not put more than one pair of wool socks on thinking you will keep your feet warm...not the case. If you want a all day outdoors activity boot for below zero temps...look for another option.

Answer:	I had to make sure the pin was seated properly in the box the first couple uses. After that it was fine. I've had other coated zippers require a little extra work for the first few uses. Then they're fine.

Answer:	This jacket has become a favorite in a very short time. It is thick but very light weight and cool. I wear it in Boston in January over T'neck, heavy sweater and scarf on a sunny 45 degree day. I bought 2 sizes bigger so it would go over 2 layers. Nothing shows through.
