I also sleep w/3 heating pads year round bcuz I have fibromyalgia & neuropathy. havent noticed that it does either (keep u cool or keep u warm). I will say I absolutely LOVE mine because it helps support the back, neck & knees when you are sleeping. It also helps minimize morning headaches & stiff neck. Plus it can b folded back as a back rest when your watching TV. Hope that helps. If not, please feel free to white me back. But I absolutely LOVE mine & hate it when I'm on vacation & cant take it with me. When you 1st get it, IG comes vacuum sealed n a smaller package. Once you take it out of the vacuum seal, its good to go & the cover unzips & is machine washable.

Answer:	I would say the head area is flatter than the rest of the pillow. Nothing about the pillow was firm to me and I ended up throwing it away. It gets lumpy after a couple of uses.

Answer:	I don’t think it’s possible, when I laid back on mine the outer stitching was pulled so tight when it was sewn it started popping, mine also quickly developed gaps and the stuffing didn’t redistribute itself at all, I haven’t tried to take the cover off because of the stitches already popping lose etc it may get worse and not be able put it back on... I left review about these issues and seller never reached out or commented to try to inquire about the issues etc

Answer:	You get the full pillow but the pillow case is easily ripped. Literally just laying on it within 48hrs it ripped. Then when I contacted customer service they didn't even send me the same exact pillow case. They sent me some cheap cotton material pillow case to replace it.

This pillow kept me warm and with hip/back issues, I did not have to repeatedly change positions overnight and lessened my pain! This pillow is a keeper! I will simply get a different cover (there was a 30% off coupon in the box for covers).

The pillow actually helps my legs stay closer up rather than straight down so there's room by my feet and the cats love the pillow as much as I do so they tend to wander on the edges and fall asleep there for extra warmth.
