Answer:	I believe right away (within first month). The "new hair" that the stylist commented on was consistent with 4-6 months of growth (4-6"), which is consistent with the time period the vitamins were started. I do want to add that she was not taking a multi vitamin before, so I can't say 100% it is these vitamins or just any vitamin would do it.

Answer:	Hi Morgan, from what I see on the labels for both, and like you mentioned, you have to take 4 pills with the Women's Vitamin Code verses the 1 pill in the Women's Raw Code, and you get a higher concentration of vitamins in the Women's Vitamin Code. I would probably take this if I exercised really vigorously or had a poor diet because in both cases, the body might need a higher concentration of vitamins. Since I workout moderately, eat a fairly healthy diet, and take other vitamin supplements, I don't need the excess vitamin content that is in the Women's Vitamin Code. Plus that is less pills I have to take.

Answer:	This one is very large and hard to take and is a beige greenish speckled in color. The vitamin for Women over 50 is smaller, and is pink. It doesn't have iron in it, though, if your wife needs iron. The pink one is my favorite. I can't swallow this larger beige speckled one.

Answer:	This one, you take one per day; the max potency recommendation is 3 per day, and has way more concentration. But overall, this one has more vitamin count per pill than the max potency. I would recommend this one, as you don't need to overdose on multivitamins.

Answer:	These vitamins I found not to offer an aftertaste at all. They are a gummie which warrants you to chew it very well before ingesting. I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the taste. I only stopped taking them because my vitamin B12 is elevated and my doctor suggested I pause from them for a while.
