Question:	does it come with the plunger
Answer:	I don’t know if it’s right or not, but mine too is loose and moves around a bit. However, in my opinion it’s helpful when cleaning the mandoline, because pieces of vegetables or fruit inevitably become stuck around that area. The movement of the clear part makes it easier to clean.
Question:	I have a hand-crank drum slicer. How does the Dash mandoline compare to drum slicers
Answer:	it has 3 settings. The first setting is paper thin, about 1/16. Second setting is 1/8 inch thick and the third setting is about 3/16 inch thick.
Question:	How do you clean it? need a video on that.. thats when i cut myself
Answer:	Yes. It is awesome! Use the #2 or #3 setting. When you get close to the end USE THE HOLDER!!! This is a razor blade. People who report slicing fingers were foolish. When I was done slicing a potato I had two dime size nubs left. One from the start and one from the end. If you want longer chips slice on the bias/45° angle. Be careful and USE THE HOLDER!!!
Question:	What is the difference between dash safe slice mandolin and the zacharian one
Answer:	I tried a zucchini. Since the hand guard is only half the length of the zucchini, only the part of the zucchini that is under the hand guard gets cut. I just turned the zucchini around every few slices to even it out and do the other half, but I didn't get any slices as long as the zucchini. It slices so thin, though, that the zucchini is delicious. I hand jullienned the slices for "pasta".

Answer:	I don't think they are designed to be stacked. The top area is shorter than the bottom which would probably cause the upper rack to topple forward if not attached and supported in some way. You could possibly make it work by using double sided tape between the units but I don't think I would due to the likelihood of the plastic bending, sagging or even breaking under the increased load. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Agree. Not very loud at all. Only goes as high as your device will go which typically is a phone. Pointless to have.

Answer:	It does a good job but only on high speed. If you make sure the fan is clean over time and there is unobstructed airflow it is not that noisy.

Answer:	This is ment to be sitting inside 3 DVD size slots on your computer. So your case must have those slots. Second you will need to have 5 free sata connections cables. Third you will need to have 5 sata power connections or some splitters. Operationally it works like 5 extra hard drives connected to your system. Do with them what you will.

15-1/4 inch deep. 10-1/4 inch high. Width depends on what size spacers you use. I have 2 sections with 4-1/4 inch spacers(14 oz. cans) and one with 5 inch spacers (28 oz cans)totals about 15-3/4 inches wide. However the wide section tends to "spread out" and I have to keep pushing it back together. I would like a different assortment of spacers (dowels) but have had no luck getting through to manufactuer to order.

Answer:	I put a thick 2" X 1/2" rubber band over the shoulder of the bottle so that it provides a seal where the bottle contacts the top of the can insulator. Size #82 bands would probably work, but I just use the ones that come with certain types of produce at the grocery store.

Answer:	I have an OXO handheld model and this vegetable holder would work wh it but you would have no guidance as you propel the food toward the blade, which would not create a problem in use as far as I can see. I Keep mine right next to my Benriner slicer so that I never again neglect to use it!

Answer:	I would say yes. I have a Toyota RAV 4 and the cupholders have rubber inserts to allow for varied sizes of cups to fit securely. I removed the rubber insert and the insulator fit easily. I don't make a habit of drinking liquids while I am driving but I did check it out when I bought it. I am still amazed that this little metal insulator can keep my softdrinks cold for hours. the only thing about this insulator is that it does not taper down toward the bottom. It is uniform in size with a rubberized bottom to prevent sliding and slipping. I love it..

Answer:	I keep one in the freezer all the time, I have four, I love them. I take a refrigerated soda can, put it in the freezer for 25 minutes exactly, then place it in a frozenThermos. Love it. Soda is just at freezing point. I can leave a can in the over 100 degree Arizona weather, in the car for a long time, and come out, and thething is still cold!!!! I just love these insulators, buying them up on Amazon!!! I contacted Thermos to see if I they produce the ones for the small cans, but they don't.

Question:	Where can I find a replacement "food pusher
Answer:	They can be used for cleaning the car window, but they are designed more for absorbing liquids like water and will wipe your car dry quickly. They have microfiber towels designed just for cleaning interior of windows, or you could use the "Old School " way like I have with great results, regular newspaper with Windex or Invisible Glass, and if you don't have those, you can use water in a spray bottle. Over-Sized Food Pusher

Interchangeable Slicing Blades

Adjustable Slicing Thicknesses

Quickly adjust the thickness of slices from zero to 5/16-inch to suit your recipe. Simply turn the dial clockwise to increase thickness or counterclockwise to decrease thickness; the dial will click into place. This slicer has 5 different thicknesses, 1/16-inch, 1/8-inch, 3/16-inch, 1/4-inch and 5/16-inch.

Cleaning & Storage

The julienne storage case and the blade cover must be washed by hand. All other components of the mandoline slicer are dishwasher safe; top rack only. To clean the blades manually, use a long bristle brush and only move the bristle brush in the direction of the blade.

Storage

After cleaning the slicer, make sure the thickness dial is set to zero. Place the blade cover onto the cutting surface and place the julienne blade into the storage case. Fold the leg into the fully closed position. Then turn the slicer upside down. Place the food pushed under the wire holder and clip the blade case into place under the leg. Store right side up in a cool, dry place.

It's located there, as opposed to a corner, so your towel doesn't touch the ground when hanging in the gym or from a tree.
