Question:	Can this item be substituted as brewers yeast
Answer:	That depends on what you're using it for. Yes, you can substitute this for brewer's yeast in recipes, in fact it would be better in most recipes because it doesn't have the bitter flavor of Brewer's Yeast.
Question:	How large are the flakes? Do you think the flakes would work on popcorn
Answer:	I put the yeast flakes in my grated cheese shaker in place of Parmesan cheese and use it on the same dishes where I would use Parmesan; salads, soups, pastas, wraps etc. No one has ever questioned it. To preserve freshness, I cover the top with small piece of plastic and hold it on with a "pony tail band" and keep it in the fridge. The shaker makes it very convenient for putting on popcorn as people can add as much as they like. I like to use Bragg's liquid amino acids spray in place of salt. It makes the yeast flakes attach to the popcorn more effectively. JC Groff.

Answer:	From what i know of it, i would say yes for sure it is gluten free...it has a very clean processing too...i know cause I needed to be sure it was dairy n nut free

Answer:	Nutritional yeast always keeps me awake. If I eat popcorn at night without it, it's fine, but as soon as I add yeast to it the B vitamins really wake me up. If this is a problem, eat it earlier in the day, but just know that it'll have that affect on you at night. It will also turn your urine neon yellow. (That was another surprise...)

Answer:	My container doesn't state GMO free, so I'm guessing it isn't. It doesn't specify what it's grown on either. It does say that it's a product of Estonia. I purchased this because it is unfortified/doesn't have any synthetic vitamins like most nutritional yeasts so it's healthier in that regard.

Answer:	This is not the large flake like the Anthony’s brand I usually buy on amazon. Revly brand is a coarse powder. I use for cooking rather than garnish so I don’t need large flake. Good product.
