Answer:	This serum does make the eyelashes thicker. However, it is not permanent. Think of it as food and water for the eyelashes; it will help them grow while they receive it. Once discontinued, the eyelash hairs won't become shorter and thinner, but over time they fall off and new ones grow. The new ones will not be as long and as thick. Thanks for your question!

Question:	What is inside the warmer that makes the old used different than a new one? Can you DIY fix it somehow
Answer:	By looking at the picture of the new one, it hasn't changed much, but looks as if it will breathe a bit better at the top.The old ones were more stuffed at the top. DIY fixing is spotty. I use mine (2 of them) like crazy in the cold, and I go through the "filaments" once a year. There is a noticeable difference between new ones and old ones. It's not that the old (used) ones won't work at all, just poorly.

Answer:	Hi Joe! Thanks for your question. The only difference is the packaging. The older version was packaged in a plastic clamshell packaging, and the new version is packaged in a much slimmer plastic packaging inside a box, which looks much more presentable. The warmer itself and the accessories are still exactly the same. Both older versions and the new version are 12-hour, and there is now also a new smaller version that works for 6 hours.
Question:	I may sound like an idiot, but how do you use it? It seems like an open flame would burn you
Answer:	I bought several of these for family members. My husband uses his often and really likes it. There is no flame because the warmer uses a catalytic burner (no flame). If you over fill the warmer it will have a small flame until the excess lighter fluid is burned off. It also takes longer to ignite it the first time you use it. Use the plastic measuring container that is included, do not over fill it, and do not spill the lighter fluid on the outside of the warmer. If you do sill any lighter fluid it will evaporate quickly. My husband keeps his in his pocket all day and sometimes into the evening, at least 8 to 10 hours, and it is a low heat and never burns or causes any concern for him.
Question:	So, if you keep it in your pocket and it lays flat, will it catch on fire
Answer:	No, there is a fiber type material that soaks up the lighter fluid...you light the filament and it burns from the fumes. I've put mine in my coat pocket "upside" down with no problems at all.

Question:	What temp degree c/f do they get too
Answer:	This cleaner does not have enzymatic properties because enzymes will be destroyed during the carpet cleaning process (the machine). Enzymes work best when they are left alone to work for a period of time. Carpet Miracle has an environmentally responsible formula that is biodegradable and is earth, kid, and pet friendly. The enzymatic cleaner works best to pre-treat stains before the carpet cleaning process, and to clean up occasional accidents after the carpet cleaning process.
Question:	If put on your hand how do your fingers stay warm
Answer:	This product worked great on heavy traffic areas and other small stains on the carpets. I was even able to remove black eyeliner from the carpet. I did not buy this product because I had problems with pet stains, I wanted something different. It worked better than any of the other carpet cleaners I have tried in the past. It worked great and I will not go back to the others.
Question:	Is a two pack 4 warmers or 2 warmers
Answer:	I would be more worried about the filter of this vacuum, it was not designed to filter mold spores. I would think if it sucks them up it may spit them back out in your room if filter doesn't catch them.
Question:	What is the expiration date on the hand warmers? How long will they last unopened
Answer:	Thank you for your interest in ProTeam products. The floor tool included with this vacuum does not have a bleeder value feature. We recommend angling the wand and using a side-to-side motion when cleaning. Answer:	Thank you for your question. We recommend that you contact the EPA for your state in regards to cleaning up diamotaceous earth powder as it is classified as potentially hazardous. They can confirm the appropriate type of filtration and safety measures required.Our backpack vacuums pull material into three levels of filtration prior to coming in contact with the motor. Question:	Can I open and "activate" one hot hand? Or do you have to activate both (pair) together
Answer:	These warmers are an exothermic chemical reaction, converting chemical energy to heat. If you put these in a perfectly insulated box, the temperature could rise above the "Max Temperature: 158 degrees Fahrenheit" because the energy would have no where to go. There are several unknowns such as the amount of energy stored in each hot hands pack, what size of steak you are cooking, and how much insulation a cooking chamber/container has. If you provide these parameters and calculate or create a test with an insulated container, you will have your answer.
Question:	I just want to clarify, there are 20 packets of two hand warmers each, correct
Answer:	It doesn’t prevent but detours then and kept my baby from rolling while changing until he was 18 months and then he got so strong he could roll over but not until then. The product works really well. It was a life savor for on the go changes while in the car and in public places. Also kept my little guy from trying to touch himself when being changed whichso helpful when he had a poopy diaper.
Question:	what is the size of the individual warmer? Will it fit in my ski glove pocket
Answer:	I don't know but I won't recommend it. Came with a huge tear on the sides.
