| Answer: | Hi, "EDT stands for "eau de toilette"-Most high end brands of fragrances,like Marc Jacobs,Dior,Chanel and others usually offer an EDT ,an "eau de parfume" and a Perfume,they all have tha same scent,but the difference between them is: EDT will be the lightest blend,similar to a body spray,it doesnt last long at all-I bought the DAISY EDT hereon Amazon,because I had priced it everywhere,and the 3.4 0z bottle under 50.00 sounded like deal.,The bottle is itself is beautiful,the scent is great,but less than an hour later,it was gone,completely.After just a month give or take,the bottle is almost empty!So even though the"EDT" seems like a food value,it really isnt. "EDP" which is "eau de parfume" is what I always buy,put it on in the morning an I still smell it at night,The price may seem alot more the EDT-but thats because it lasts ansd last,my favorite fragrance is FLOWERBOMBby Victor&Rolf, its pricey,the 1oz bottle i bought at Sephora was nearly 80.00,but that bottle will last me alot longer than the 3.4oz-finally the last option is Perfume/or "Parfume.......is going to be the priciest -perfume contains the most pure expensive essential oil,it only take a dab or two,and it last all day |

Fragrant explosion for men is coming with a new creation by Marc Jacobs in July 2010. This is the first fragrance for men from the collection Bang, advertised by Marc Jacobs himself. Bang was created for a “contemporary guy, who, even if he isn’t young, has a younger spirit. ” Jacobs created the name first and development of the composition in cooperation with Coty followed. “I wanted to do something that I would love. ” Said Jacobs. “I particularly like spice notes, especially pepper, so that became a starting place. ” Bang was created by Ann Gottlieb of such notes as black, white and pink pepper. A heart is enriched with masculine woody notes, while a base includes elemi resin, aromatic benzoin, vetiver, white moss and patchouli. The fragrance arrives in a metal flacon (50 and 100 ml EDT), 150 ml aftershave balm 150ml, 200ml body and hair bath and 75 ml stick deodorant. The fragrance will appear exclusively in Bloomingdale`s and in Marc Jacobs’ official shops in July and will be available worldwide from September 2010. Advertising campaign is very attractive. The new fragrance continues the cheerful game of petals decorated by modern and characteristic flacons of the Jacobs collection. Polka dots embellish red petals and a ball on the cap, which looks like ladybug in the heart of a flower. The fragrance has been introduced in March 2012 and will be available in 30, 50 and 100ml EDP flacons, along with perfumed body care products. The composition has been announced as floral-fruity, surrounded with exotic notes of coconut and wrapped in soft vanilla embrace. Top notes of the new fragrance DOT incorporate red berries combined with pitaya fruit, known also as dragon fruit. The juicy and exciting opening is followed by a floral trio composed of honeysuckle, jasmine and orange blossom, while a base closes with a trail of coconut water, vanilla, driftwood and sensual musk.
