Answer:	We have not experienced this problem however I would recommend that you should be certain that the laces are set completely into the cleat, also make sure the laces are tight enough to prevent the foot and ankle to be secure and evenly supported but not over tightened.

Answer:	You should measure her foot and compare it to the size chart. Please do not buy a size or two up for wiggle room like Vicky suggested. Ice skates are not like shoes. I was a figure skater for many years. You want the boot to fit just right. Snug, but not too small and certainly not too big. Your feet need to have control of the boot.

Answer:	Yes, the blades are sharpened. I took them to my skate shop to be sure they were sharp enough and they said they looked good.
Question:	If I am skating outdoors in cold weather and want to wear thick socks, should I go up a size from my shoe size
Answer:	I purchased different pairs for my daughter, size 6.5 and 7. She wears a size 8 women's in shoe size. The size 7 was too big even with thick socks. The size 6.5 Fits her just right. she takes ice skating lessons and you need that support for your ankles. They say go a size and a half below your shoe size.
Question:	How many times do you have to sharpen them? I'm new to skating
Answer:	The skates come sharpened, and depending on how much you skate, you should get the skates sharpened every four weeks.
Question:	I wear a womens' size 7, should i get a 6 or a 6.5? i wouldn't say i have wide feet, but i definitely don't have slim feet
Answer:	You’re usually safe to go a full size down in skates. I wear a 10 in normal street shoes and the 9 in these skates fits perfect. Just remember you HAVE to break in skates no matter what brand. Small discomforts at the beginning are fine, but if it lasts longer than a few weeks the size isn’t right.

Answer:	My child is a small 9 year old and she is still using size 2. I think she will have at least 6 more months before she grows out of it. Youth is probably size 7 and up.

Answer:	it would be a girls size 2 according to the conversion chart...but the skates run really small...I had to return mine.

Answer:	I bought size 2 for mine. Her street shoes are size 1 and i recommend skating shoes size 2 in this brand. I think my daughter will be able to use this 1 year before I buy next size up. Hope that helps you. BTW. for the price, it's a good pair for beginners.
