Answer:	FWIW, they’ve added other apps as non delete-able. You now have about 200MB of storage space available for your photos. Or, if you put up full res, hdr photos... about 25 photos fit before memory is full.
Question:	How better is this model compared to last year's (2019) Is there a big difference
Answer:	Can’t speak on last year model but I purchased the 2020 75 inch “The Frame” and after 3 weeks I’m returning it because it has a factory defect with the software that does not allow the motion sensor to turn on and off when it senses or does not sense motion. Therefore it stays in art mode all the time consuming energy. A big disappointment as I have to keep turning it off manually to conserve energy. NOT worth the work, headaches and not to mention the energy efficiency, especially for $3,000 ! Other than that, picture quality is no different than my other Samsung UHD TVs .

Question:	Is the 32" frame tv 4k resolution or 1080p? i see elsewhere the 32" is 1080p while larger sizes are 4k
Answer:	I do not want to be one of those people who reply but are absolutely no help at all so please forgive me if that ends up being the case. However I purchased the 50" due to the space I had to place it was small. Otherwise I would have got the largest possible. Since I do not own the 32" I cannot really give you a sure answer but I did look it up on the Samsung website for you and according to their website under this model they have FHD (1,920 x 1,080) so it is just simple HD/1080p. I would not get this at that resolution as I cannot see it really being that great. If you are able to go a little larger I would consider just to get that 4k image. I can see where a 32" may would be so small that they feel it would not matter much but really it would in the case of this TV and what it is used for. I hope this helps some, Chris

Answer:	I believe only the Art TVs have this cord / box feature. My other Samsung SmartTVs do not have the box. Inputs plug directly into the TV. For the Art TV, the box is where all your inputs will attach (i.e. HDMI, power cord, etc). And there’s one, very thin cord that runs from the box to the monitor.

Answer:	No, the base does not have a swivel function. It is solidly affixed to the back of the TV with 4 included screws. I have mine mounted on the wall with a tilt mount with VESA mount universal for 37- 80" TV screens. this works better for me than using the Base TV stand.

Answer:	The Q80 is an upgrade over the ru8000. QLED is Samsung’s best in the 4k variety. There are 4 qled models in each size. The Q80 was high middle for me, had most of the bells and whistles. Note ( at least the model I bought) have the center stand. The Q60 and Q70 have the stand pieces on the ends = new stand/ coffee table. I love it c
