Answer:	I use a steam iron but not sure what you mean by water? The cover and padding on this is the best and the thickest I have ever had and the cover seems to repel water when my iron leaks but is absorbs some. It isn't getting to the frame.

Answer:	There is a metal pin on the outside of the curved hinge, right up next to the ironing board. It might have a rubber ball thing on it. Remove the ball if it's on, and squeeze the pin up towards the ironing board and it should fold up. Keep the ball - it keeps the board from folding up accidentally. The directions say to store the ironing board point down once you have folded it.

Answer:	We installed ours straight into the dirt. Our dirt is somewhat softer, not clay. We placed a piece of wood over the top and pounded into dirt. It is working fine and seems stable enough. As for strong wind, I can't really remark on as I placed this in a location where somewhat sheltered by the house ( cabin) But, since it is a rotary dryer, wouldn't it just spin if hit by strong wind? On another related note, at my main house our soil is much denser and I have installed a PVC sheath into ground for a thick Tetherball pole, no cement, and that also has not moved even with the hitting and swinging forces on the ball/pole. Answer:	This is pretty durable and they have a great warranty with fantastic customer service! Mine had an issue with the arms collapsing after having it 3 yrs. They promptly sent me a new one. I love my clothesline and I have a family of 4 and a plethora of laundry. My only complaint is with the lines. With my old one, you have to be careful how you take the clothes off the line or you can end up pulling the line through the hole as they are all strung separately. It seems that the new one they sent me has a little bit different design on the anchor point. However, I am still careful with them because of my past experience.

Answer:	The information about guage did not come with the spinner. The pole is made of fairly heavy steel and the arms are heavy aluminum socketed with heavy black plastic (delron?) and it is very rugged. We have episodes of very high winds here in Wyoming and we haven't had any problems with it twisting or bending. We set up the base in a 5-gallon bucket of cement buried in the ground and then inserted the pole into the base. That way we can dig it up and move it if we need to, in case the trees we planted nearby get very big and interfere with hanging the clothes. We're happy with it, glad we spent the extra money for a quality spinner.

At worst you concrete it in if it doesn't work at least with sand it would come out easier. I love it.

The 164 feet Topspinner Rotary Dryer includes a 45 mm diameter ground spike that can be inserted into the lawn to provide a stable foundation for your washing line. The ground spike is also equipped with a closable cap which sits flush to the ground. This means that when you take the dryer out of the spike, rain water is kept out and you can mow the lawn without fear of damaging the ground spike or your mower.

If you’d prefer to have the rotary dryer on your patio, a plastic anchor tube with a closable cap which can be set in concrete is available separately.

Capacity for multiple machine loads

Thanks to its sizeable 164 feet of drying line, the Topspinner Rotary Dryer has the capacity for drying two or more washing machine loads. It is also well equipped for large laundry items such as bed covers or large linens. Each washing line arm features a clothes hanger hook at the end which is designed for hanging any delicates.

Easy storage

The Topspinner Rotary Dryer’s Umbrella system allows multiple re-tension positions for the line. This feature is designed to ensure the lines will always remain taut and any slackness can be easily taken in by simply moving the arms up into the next position. When not in use and the arms are down, a tie cord on the rotary dryer’s frame helps to keep the lines securely fastened to help prevent the lines getting tangled in the wind.

Answer:	We have been using Hefty Ultra Strong 13 Gal bags made by Arm & Hammer for 5 years and our garbage bin still looks like new.
Question:	What size garbage bags fits this bin
Answer:	I use a tall kitchen bag, but the bin is a little taller so as the trash bag gets heavier, it can fall into the bun. Brabant us sells a custom sized bag that fits perfectly but it’s expensive
