It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem! |

| Answer: | Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. | Answer: | Size 8 seems really small for an 8 year old. If her feet are small for her age you can go with the small (size 10-13). I would think she would probably be closer to the Big Kids (13C - 3Y). Be sure to check her current tennis shoes. Our 9 year old was already in size 2 shoes and we read they can run a little small so we went with large (Youth 3Y to 6Y) and They fit her great. She still can wear them a year later since they are adjustable. |

| Answer: | This will not fit a butterfly mop! Learned that the hard way. With this mop head, you insert the screws under a plastic holder and so you can have either of two separation distances. One way you have about 7.5" and the other way you have about 6". When I tried to get the screws to accommodate the butterfly mop (by putting one in one way and the other in the other way to try and get around 6.5 inches) it was very difficult and the mop head stuck out on one side more than the other. It ended up not staying on for more than a few minutes. This mop head does fit my regular sponge mop, though! |
