I do this to watch football (association and gridiron) while on the treadmill and listening to radio or music. I recommend Acoustic Audio AA321B speakers for Z2, available on Amazon for about $32 for a pair.

Answer:	No, it does not support a Zone 2 Subwoofer. And yes, Zone 2 pretty much works independently, for instance, you can listen to the radio in one part of the house using Zone 1, and listen to a CD in another part of the house using Zone 2..... It is a bit tricky to figure out, but download and print the owners manual for best results.... hope this helps, this is a GREAT AMP!

Question:	Can this onkyo txsr494 a/v receiver decode dolby digital plus (dd+) from streaming apps like netflix, amazon prime, etc
Answer:	It has a single camera and shark fin housing. My camper was prewired with a shark fin housing when I bought it. All I had to do was to remove four little screws and pull out the connector, then plug the camera in and screw it in place. It took all of five minutes to install with most of my time spent trying to find one of the screws I dropped. On my camper the camera is only powered up when the running lights are on. Hope that helps.

Question:	hdmi out is not working any suggestions
Answer:	Actually yes, I had the exact same problem with my unit, I would get video, but no audio if I connected my HDMI output to my TV. If I unplugged the HDMI cable from the TV my audio would resume . Although it does involve taking the unit apart and fixing it yourself, which requires the use of a soldering iron (you need to replace 4 capacitors), wire cutters (for cutting a ribbon cable), and some wire quick connects (to help reconnect a ribbon cable you have to cut). If this is something that you are comfortable or capable of doing, I can easily send you the information on how to fix this yourself. It took my ordering the components from Digi-Key, and about a hour and a half of my time to fix from start to finish, with the majority of that time to stripping, crimping and reconnecting the ribbon cable.

Answer:	The user manual says that it supports 230V, 50 Hz or 120V, 60Hz. They mention on page 4 "If the power cord's plug is not suitable for your socket outlets, cut it off and fit a suitable plug. Fit a suitable fuse in the plug." But they also say "Replacement and mounting of an AC plug on the power supply cord of this unit should be performed only by qualified service personnel." So it looks like it will work but you may have to get a different power cord or at least an adapter...hope this helps

Answer:	From the manual. LFE & LINE UNBALANCED INPUTS:Use either of these RCA inputs to connect the LFE output on your amplifier or receiver. If your amplifier/receiver does not have an LFE output, connect the stereo pre-amplifier output on your amplifier/receiver to both the 1and 2inputs. This is a powered subwoofer, not meant to take amped input. Maybe consider upgrading your Amp?

Answer:	Unfortunately, this TX-SR702 receiver is somewhat dated. It doesn't have any Bluetooth capabilities. You can however connect your iPad to your receiver with a wire (1/8th inch headphone jack to stereo RCA wire). that's how I connect my Apple devices to the receiver.

DTS-ES 96/24 Neo6

There are two DTS-ES (Extended Surround) formats: DTS-ES Discrete 6.1 and DTS-ES Matrix 6.1. The DTS-ES Discrete 6.1 format is, as the name implies, a 6.1-channel system with a discrete back surround channel, while DTS-ES Matrix 6.1, like Dolby Digital Surround EX, provides a matrix-encoded back surround channel. There’s also DTS Neo:6, which derives a 6-channel surround output from a stereo soundtrack, and regular DTS, which, like Dolby Digital, is a discrete 5.1-channel system, but which uses less compression than Dolby Digital. Receivers carrying the "96/24" designation are able to decode a new high-resolution audio format, DTS-96/24.
