Answer:	I do not believe that you can blow through it. The color change is a chemical process. If you are producing ozone, it will change color.
Question:	How do you use this kit? Is it complicated? We have a Hot Springs spa
Answer:	It is very easy to use. The process is that you need to carefully break off both end of the glass tube and connect it to the outlet of the ozinator with the spa off. They give you tubes to make the connection easy. Turn the spa on and the material in the tube will turn white is there is enough ozone.
Question:	Should it completely turn white? Mine clearly got lighter as soon as I turned it on, but was still somewhat blue. Could see it clearly progress though
Answer:	Sorry, I have not used mine yet. My ozone generator is only two months old.

Answer:	Hello, Each bowl will fit about one cup of food. If you are only using it for food 2 cups should fit fine in the 2 bowl set. If you need a bowl for water I would get a 3 or 4 bowl set. All of the sets are the same diameter across which is 6".
Question:	If i order the medium(3 bowls), and only want to bring 2 bowls for that day, can i leave one bowl behind and will the system still seal
Answer:	Yes you can. I got the large 4 bowls and I use 2 or 3 at times. The top lid is the one that seals for things that are liquid. The rest link to it.
Question:	Are these leak proof if I put my dogs raw food in this for when there boarding or use for lunches at doggie daycare there not going to leak
Answer:	I bought it for a friend's dog, and she put water in one of them -- no leaks. They're fairly small, though, so they'd be perfect for lunch at doggie day care and a couple of days of boarding. I might buy them for my dog, too.

Answer:	My dogs tend to use this bed as more of a pillow in the summer - especially when it is next to the floor register. I've used the bed in the car/truck when traveling and they seem quite comfortable on it.
Question:	The description is deceiving... it says size: small then 30 x 39 x 4 inches then suitable for small to large pets. So are there different sizes
Answer:	I have a 65 LB Labrador and the 30x39 is perfect.
Question:	is it home machine washable
Answer:	Yes - I've washed it at home on the gentle cicle. I don't think I put it in the drier though.
Question:	Does a 60 pounds Shepherd puppy fit comfortably on this bed
Answer:	My dogs are 80 pound adult Rhodesian Ridgebacks. The bed resembles a comforter for dogs, with a cool side and warmer side fabric, so you can adjust for the morning chill or night time drop in temps. The best thiing is that they stuff into a small sack so its nothing to put them away when you don't need a layer on the crate pad. My breeder recommended them for this reason-hiking & camping with dogs!

Question:	Can you use the bag for ice if your dog has a raw diet and you need to use this bag as a cooler
Answer:	The bag is insulated, but is not leakproof, so if you put the ice in a bag inside one of the soft coolers, it should be good. I have not tried it though.
Question:	Can you use the divider as a placemat like other brands do
Answer:	The divider is not intended to be a placemat, but I suppose it could be used as one and just wiped with a damp cloth after use. Look carefully at the other bags because many have bowls that are very small (5" x 2") and that's why they can both fit on a "placemat" that comes with the bag. Lucky Tail bowls are 7" x 3" (34 oz capacity) and can be made more shallow for smaller dogs by not expanding them fully. 🐾

Answer:	For the best results, we recommend hand-washing in warm soapy water.
Question:	The collapsible bowls have an awful smell to them - like a chemical smell. I let them soak in hot water & dish soap but they still smell, is this ok

Answer:	Do not know weight. My pup is 12# and no issue dragging
Question:	I have a 4 and a 6 lb dog. Will this be too heavy for them
Answer:	It is light weight, but as they go out farther away from you the leash will drag on the ground so it's possible it might be a little challenging for them. They have shorter length ones of the same 50ft I believe. That might be better. My dog is a hunting dog so she covers alot of ground quickly and she is 44lbs and can drag the leash like nothing.
Question:	can this leash hold a corgi if the leash is attached to a pole in the yard? I dont hv a fence & I nd an alternative to play w my dog outsid worry free
Answer:	It may hold a Corgi but if you are playing with your dog on this or any long leash, always attach it to a harness and never to a neck collar. If the dig hits the end of the leash at high speed, it could severely injur its neck. Also, if your dog is a chewer, it could chew through this leash.
