Question:	Does this include two interior handles for right or left opening doors? If not, is this a left or right handle
Answer:	Mine came with a blank key and instructions for matching it to an existing key so that I would have the same key fo all of my exterior doors. If you didn’t have a blank included, I would contact the manufacturer.

Question:	Does this require turning the deadbolt on the inside in order to unlock the door, or does the inside handle unlock the deadbolt when pushed down
Answer:	At the time I ordered mine I don't think there was different packaging so I'm a little stumped. Looks like updated is prime eligible and standard isn't. The set is as you see it. It's a very nice quality and after a year still looks and works great. I've been very happy with it.

Question:	is installation easy
Answer:	This is a complete keyed entry set with knobs on both sides of the door.
Question:	I already have the deadbolt piece. Can i only request the handle/knob set
Answer:	I installed the Torrey Pine Smart Lockset. I am not too sure what your specific problem is. It was difficult but doable. I recall I had the same problem but my door installer figure it out. It is in the instructions which seem to be somewhat convoluted. there are two long pieces that actuate opening and closing, one from the outside and one from the inside. I believe we had to turn the inside handle counter and clockwise to insert the shafts

Answer:	It must be because ours is on the right hand side. (The opposite as the picture)
Question:	Is the deadbolt locked when vertical or horizontal
Answer:	The same happened to me. I ended up using this handle but then used a deadbolt from another brand in the same finish so that it would line up

Question:	Does this come with the inside lever handle as well or is only the exterior lever
Answer:	I do not know the difference but i can tell you mine was perfectly and safely packaged for $149. And i must say, the knob is beautiful! Everyone compliments me on it and was so easy to install. Very sturdy and solid.
Question:	Does it come in Chrome
Answer:	We have these locks on three doors and they are designed so that you can reset them to accept the same key without having a professional locksmith involved. I have no idea if you old locks are the same.
Question:	are these reversible? i didn't see anything on description
Answer:	Two likely sources of the problem ... 1) the paper 'tab' that came from the factory inserted behind the thumb button may not have been fully removed. If a piece of the tab remains, it can block the thumb action. 2) Check all your screws to ensure they are tightened. The problem is probably that the set screw that holds the handle to the axle is not fully engaged. This set screw is designed to enable/disable the thumb lock function.
