However, as a laptop user myself, I wouldn't risk putting the mug next to a exposed laptop. You should have the laptop in a sleeve to be on the safe side, or the mug on the outside portion of the carry bag.

Answer:	NO, NO, NO! I set 4 traps and used tiny bits of peanut butter and each night the mice were able to completely clean each trap without setting of any of the traps. This has gone on for 3 nights. I have ordered covered traps of 2 different styles along with 36 glue pads. Game on mice! Answer:	they all have a standard hole, about 2.000 or 2.500 round. i do not like it. it needs a key to open it, if you lose the key? . it hard to open.

Answer:	More or less square and about 16" by 16" . Because the target rodent enters the bait box, snacks and leaves, no need to anchor unless personal preference. I have used a brick, or rock on top, but the box just sits flat and the rodents enter. Rodents have very poor eyesight, and go along walls etc. to find food. Put the box against a wall, with the holes closest. The rodent will enter, eat and go away.

Answer:	Alicia if you look down the slots each slot has a little piece of plastic on the center on each side the only thing the key is doing is expanding those at the same time you don't need to push down all you need to do is get a large flat screwdriver but it's got to be a really wide one like 3/8 of an inch or more or better yet a regular silverware knife should fit in there and just Twisted enough to expand the side pieces and then lift up between the little bit in the Box to pop it open cuz that's the only thing that the key is doing is expanding the inside of the center of the slots.

Answer:	I bought the 8 pound package of the solid bait bars and they lasted two years. The last ones were as effective as the first. Just bought 8 pounds more.

Answer:	I don't know why they say that. I throw it under our mobile home to keep mice from getting in our house but you don't want your pets to get at it or it will kill them if they get it and eat it. We get mice every winter and they wreak havic if they get in the house by traveling up the pipes under the house, like where the sink water pipes and drain pipes are. We had a mouse that kept eating the bait but didn't die from it. (I think they've changed the poison formula thanks to the freakin EPA and we finally gave up and got some snap traps that caught the vermin.) I don't use the bait anymore, just snap traps.

Answer:	Bromadiolone is a very potent anticoagulant rodenticide and works extremely well and is the active ingredient in just one bite 2 bait cake. Deadly with a capital D. It is potentially quite dangerous to use around animals that may potentially ingest the poisoning victims carcass, still alive or dead. Many dogs, cats and birds die each year from this type of poison and Extreme caution is advised in product placement as well due to high accidental poisoning potential.
Question:	What's the difference between tomcat's " tier i" and the "tier ii" bait station
Answer:	I bought this stuff and although the mice ate it, it didn't kill them. They kept coming back. If you have a rat, maybe it's a pack rat and they will take the poison sqares back to their nest. You don't have to do anything. If you're lucky the rat will eat enough of it to kill it. I don't know if EPA rules made this company change the poison in them but it doesn't work and kill the rodents like it used to. It used to kill them dead with just one bite like it says on the package but it don't work like that anymore; at least it didn't work for the mice we get in our kitchen every winter. We had to use snap traps to get rid of the mice.

Answer:	I caught a stray cat in the foot. I was loosing some traps and started tying bricks to the traps. A cat got its foot in the trap and when it tried to run off the brick got caught in a bush. More fun getting the cat out of the trap. I have caught some small possums.
Question:	Would this trap work with squirrels? I tried the Kness mouse-trap and it's gone. It must have sprung and not killed. I doubt it was a mouse

I tried to use this trap to catch/kill a squirrel, but the squirrel was to smart, and somehow got the peanut butter out of the cup in the trap without setting it off. I couldn't believe it. Answer:	The rat only gets stuck. Use vegetable oil and a butter knife to release the animal in a local park or place away from your home. Wear gloves and be careful, but it is fast and easy. There’s no reason to murder a small animal that’s just trying to survive. Release them away from your home, and close up any gaps that are allowing them in in the first place and you’ll be fine.

Answer:	Hi- We're very sorry our mouse traps did not meet your expectations. As with any great product, there may be certain circumstances or conditions, which would reduce the product’s effectiveness. It's very important not to bait our glue traps with anything oily, such as peanut butter or cheese. Oils compromise the integrity of the glue on glue trays making it possible for a rodent to get off the trap. In fact, anything that coats the top layer of the glue will reduce the effectiveness. So, it's also important to try to avoid placing them in dusty areas. If this can't be avoided, we suggest changing a trap more frequently. Answer:	Hi, I routinely clean and fill the bait stations with the block style baits. I where nitrile gloves and keep very close control over any residue left in the station. It is very important that you remove all the old bait (usually it's just a few seed and rodent feces). You can do it.

Answer:	Depends on whether you actually have rats or just suspect them. Usually you can see some of the yellow residue that indicates activity... in our case it was about a week after setting up. If you only have 1 or 2 rats, that may be it and a long while before refill.

Answer:	I don't think you have to, but you might want to if the rodent dies anywhere within smelling distance. Dead rodents usually have quite an unpleasant oder.

I just noticed you are dealing with Ratosauroses. In this case, the big traps will work, but you might need to fiddle a bit with the cross member/beam with which you arm the trap. You are trying to make it more sensitive. Also, be very careful. It can give you blue fingernails for months, if it catches you. Ask me how comes I know that. It mabbe a better idea to look for other sorts of traps. Poison always work if there is a way to keep your pets or kids out of the picture. I know. My ex-wife tried it on me.

Answer:	Bait the trap. I use ordinary peanut butter because it works fine and keeps a long time. Make sure the trip wire is out of the way. Open the snap to full and hold it with one hand. While holding the snap with one hand, place the trip wire over the snap and engage it with the yellow bait holder. You will need to raise the bait holder slightly correctly engage it with the trip wire. Once this is done carefully slowly release the snap until you feel the tension on the trip wire. Continue to hold the snap tension against the trip wire with one hand and remove the other hand that was used to engage the trip wire to hold the trap by the edge from the underside. Once this is done release your hold on the snap. Use care when handling and ALWAYS hold the armed trap by the bottom or sides! REMEMBER - the snap action is quite violent so use care and ALWAYS keep your hands away from the working parts and area of the trap.
