Answer:	Definitely yes! That's why I bought it. In two or three years, the palm trees will probably be too high for it to reach the branches and I'll have to hire someone to trim them, but in the meantime, I'll save probably $200-$300 in costs, and I can still sell this on Craig's List for $50 or so. Answer:	The 7 lbs. referenced in the instruction manual is accurate and is ready to use including installed chain. Fully extended at max height will feel like twice as much unless you extend your left hand grip on the shaft as far up to the cutting head as you can when raising or lowering the tool. This gives you better leverage. Also retract the shaft when cutting low branches or when trimming limbs.

If you try to cut off thick branches from the top, without a shallow undercut, the branch may splinter. Do not force pole saw. The motor will overload and can burn out.

Answer:	Under the mower where the blade is it is metal. The top where the battery is has a plastic cover. I love my mower, once you learn how to mow with a corded mower it's super nice and easy to start!

Answer:	The manual says for +50ft - 100ft use a 12guage. That's what I use and it seems to work fine. If you havre to go more than 100 ft I would use a 10.

Answer:	It depends on the person, but I think it is very easy to push. The large back wheels help, and it is much lighter than a gas powered mower.

Answer:	In mulcher mode, you remove the rear bagger and all the clippings are continually chopped up within the chamber. I've been using a Sun Joe for 3 years, and have never seen a thatch layer form. Even in the thicker parts, the chopped up grass decomposes quickly and disappears. I use it to mulch up the leaves in the fall, and by spring you can't see anything remaining. So I think that the pieces are small enough to break down fast.
