14 best diva cup for high cervix
The DivaCup is a menstrual cup designed to provide a reusable and eco-friendly alternative to traditional disposable menstrual products like pads and tampons. It is suitable for individuals with high cervixes, as it has a longer design compared to some other menstrual cups on the market. Here are some key features and information about the DivaCup for those with high cervixes:
Size and Shape: The DivaCup for high cervixes typically has a longer body and stem compared to the standard DivaCup. This makes it easier to reach for individuals with a high cervix.
Material: The DivaCup is made from medical-grade silicone, which is hypoallergenic and safe for use in the body.It is also free from latex, rubber, plastic, and BPA.
Capacity: The DivaCup for high cervixes usually comes in two sizes: Model 1 and Model 2. Model 1 is recommended for individuals under 30 years old who have not given birth vaginally, while Model 2 is for individuals over 30 years old or those who have given birth vaginally. The larger size (Model 2) typically has a higher capacity.
Insertion and Removal: To use the DivaCup, you fold it and insert it into the vagina, where it unfolds and forms a seal to collect menstrual fluid. To remove it, you gently pull on the stem and pinch the base to release the seal. Empty and clean the cup before reinserting it.
Cleaning: It's essential to follow the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning and sterilizing the DivaCup. Generally, you can wash it with mild soap and water between uses, and you should sterilize it by boiling it in water at the end of each menstrual cycle.
Longevity: With proper care, a DivaCup can last for several years, making it a cost-effective and environmentally friendly choice.
Comfort and Sustainability: Many users find menstrual cups like the DivaCup to be comfortable once they get used to them. They are also an eco-friendly option, as they reduce waste associated with disposable menstrual products.
Health Considerations: Menstrual cups are generally considered safe, but it's essential to follow proper hygiene and instructions to minimize the risk of infection. If you have specific health concerns or conditions, consult with a healthcare professional before using a menstrual cup.
Remember that choosing the right menstrual cup, including the DivaCup for high cervixes, depends on individual preferences and needs. It may take some time to become accustomed to using a menstrual cup, but many users find them to be a convenient and sustainable menstrual care option.

User questions & answers
Question: | does the size only matter in terms of flow or if you are over 30 will a small fall out and a large is needed |
Answer: | Even though age could play a role when selecting your cup, at LENA we believe that there are a couple of more important factors. Due to LENA cups' ergonomic design, most women can successfully use either size but choose one over the other depending on their flow, cervix height (can your vagina support the length of LENA Large,) and general physique. If you your flow is light to normal we generally recommend LENA Small, regardless of age. Our small cup is also great for women with lower cervixes and teenagers due to its compact size, gentler rim and high collection capacity. We recommend LENA Large for women of all age with normal to heavy flow. Our large cup is very comfortable and also has a soft rim which offers an easy and pain-free insertion. If you are over 30 but have a light flow, you can successfully use LENA Small. |
Question: | Do you feel the cup while wearing it |
Answer: | As I have post on another question... On my very first try of this product (and very first time EVER using a cup excluding the nightmare softcup trial) I danced with my toddler, went to physical therapy (movement like yoga) went swimming afterward. I made sure to dive, flip under the water and even walked on my hands in the pool my legs straight up in the air and I did this vigorously and repeatedly just to test the Lena cup! Then I took a nap on the sofa. Later after 8 hrs of total use I removed the cup. There was no leak and no mess with removal. plus it was only about half full. So I cleansed it reinserted it using the 7 fold and slept in it. I am a very uneasy sleeper. meaning I turn all over the place. I turn constantly from my back to either one of my sides and I almost always turn onto my stomach a least twice a night... This said I never felt it and Im wearing now and I dont even notice it. And I have a low cervix so its not too high up in me either. Its makes you feel natural as if you arent even on your period.I have to add this is my 2nd day trying this product I have never used a cup besides one day trial of instead softcups (that you can feel and the overall experience was a nightmare) With Lena I only felt it once when I first was trying to figure out how to insert it. It took me about ten times of removing and inserting to feel I definitely had a feel for what to do but looking back I honestly think I had it right by the 2nd or 3rd time. Self doubting myself was what made me keeping trying by the 8th try I put it too far up for my body and that was the only time I "felt" it. I wasnt painful but just a little uncomfortable with a slight bit of uneasy pressure. But it was a good thing it made me feel uneasy. It actually boosted my confidence that I had been doing it correctly that whole time before. That one time of doing it wrong was what I needed to let me know for sure how it needs to be done correctly and what not to do. I realize there was no need to shove it as far as I could up inside me lol. Then I practiced a 9th time and on the 10th I was more than confident I had it right. |
Question: | How would I know which size cup to buy |
Answer: | Most women can wear either LENA cup and choose one size over the other primarily based on their blood flow amount, cervix height and general physique. Age and birthing history could play a role as well.Generally, women with light / normal flow choose LENA Small and women with normal / heavy flow choose LENA Large. We recommend first-time cup users to start with LENA Small. Our small cup is also ideal for young women and teenagers. LENA Small works great for women with low / medium cervix height, while women with high cervix can wear either size LENA cups. |
Question: | Is there a reason the holes are angled or is it just aesthetics |
Answer: | To add to what others have said, for some reason the angled holes are so much easier to clean than straight holes. |

why choose Lena?
If you are a first time cup user, we recommend that you choose Lena Small unless you have a super heavy flow. Lena Large is ideal for experienced users looking for added capacity and for all users who have a super heavy flow.

User questions & answers
Question: | There were no instruction that came with the cup? Ridiculous |
Answer: | That is the only draw back to this one, but YouTube & articles online can answer this |
Question: | Is this cup good for beginners? Is it too soft to create a seal? Does the one size fit all |
Answer: | We now have Medium Firm as well as Extra Firm cups available! Search for “Peachlife Inc menstrual cup” to find all options. Soon we will carry larger as well as smaller cups:) If you are rather sensitive, we recommend the soft Peach colored cup. If you are very active as in engage in many athletic activities, we recommend the extra firm cup. The medium firm is a good in between option; not as firm, but opens easier than the Peach cup! |
Question: | where is this product manufactured? I can't find any details on the Peachlife Inc. website which makes me a little nervous |
Answer: | I suspect it is made in China because they claim it's made in a US FDA approved facility, but the FDA does not 'approve' facilities, manufacturers, or materials. They also could not tell me what the manufacturers name was or where they were located when I asked them, but they said they plan to register under the name 'Peachlife' |
Question: | What are the dimensions |
Answer: | 2.5 inches from top to bottom of the ring, 1.5 inches wide across the top of the cup. |

- Young women; or those with a low or tilted cervix: Small Cups.

User questions & answers
Question: | Can someone tell me what is printed on the small sized cup? The large says 30ml, but the size is so much smaller than my Diva size 2 cup |
Answer: | The large is larger than my large Lena cup and does not leak whereas my leña does at time. The Tieut is the best cup so far for me. |
Question: | If you have an avg./high cervix did this cup ride up for you? I'm trying to avoid my cervix taking up space in it like Super Jennie does right now |
Answer: | I haven’t found that it rides up. It stays put nicely. Maybe a little trickier to get it to open up sometimes with a higher cervix, but this is my favorite cup so far. |
Question: | I am using the lena small, but due to my heavy flow it leaks. is this cup ok for me? since im very small |
Answer: | It depends. I had the MeLuna cup in small because of its 1.50" diameter. Very wide cups are painful to me, which is why I quit on the Diva Cup in the smaller size because it took about a year of pain inserting and removing, and was still uncomfortable after that year. Anyway, the MeLuna, which is the same diameter as the Tieut Cup was comfortable in insertion and removal, but it's 15 ml. Capacity was a nightmare. The Teiut Cup has a 32 ml capacity, which for me (normal flow) can last hours without being nearly full. It can seem to leak sometimes when it's not full, but that might be due to the learning curve that comes with a new cup and a change in the shape if you've never tried that kind. I'm small too, and it did leak once or twice when I first got it, but once I changed what fold I was using (the 7 fold was my favorite but I found that the C fold stopped the leaking) I was fine. Haven't had a leak since. The only con for me is that I thought the shape would stop leaks, which it did because it covers the whole opening and the shape curves to block anything from getting beyond it, but that also makes it difficult to remove for me. I have to use 2 hands. One to pull the stem enough to bring it down, and the other to grip the grip rings. The bell shape is easy to fold getting in, but a little challenging to fold while it's in there when you're trying to get it out 😄 It can be done in a public bathroom, it just takes practice. So for me, it's a wonderful cup with a large capacity but it depends on what's right for you. Try this website that has a comparison chart: https://putacupinit.com/chart/ That'll give you some ideas on sizes, capacity, and materials. I bought mine here because that's the only place it was available. Hope that helps! |
Question: | How firm is the cup (or at least the rim)? I’m looking for a firm cup coz I leak out on soft ones |
Answer: | I would say it’s a medium firm cup. It’s definitely softer than the LENA in either size (but then again, most cups are softer than the LENA). The only other cup I’ve tried is the Lily size A (original, not compact), and the Tieut is firmer than the Lily (but again, most cups are firmer than the Lily). The rim isn’t very noticeable upon insertion and I can’t feel the rim or the cup as a whole at all once it’s in. I had a little trouble opening it the very first time I used it since I’d been using the much firmer LENA (which also has large airholes), but after that first time I found it really easy and quick to insert and get opened up, which is why I would say it has a medium firmness. I think it’s a good balance between soft enough to be comfortable and firm enough to open and stay open. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Can you use the lily cup of you have an IDU |
Answer: | The Lily Cup is held in a lower position than a tampon and should not interfere with an internal birth control device such as an IUD. However, please consult your medical practitioner prior to using the Lily Cup if you use an internal birth-control device. |
Question: | I'm a tiny woman with children (youngest is 9)it is still a very tight fit down there even for super tampons.. Would a size B be to large for me |
Answer: | I am a woman with children by vaginal birth. My youngest was 8 when I started using cups. I first ordered the "B" size equivalent from another company. It was far better than tampons, but still felt a little... odd. Maybe even "pinchy" sometimes. I switched to the smaller size, and it worked beautifully! You know your body, so I would encourage you to "go with your gut". I've ordered this brand and am waiting for it to arrive, so I can't yet speak to it, but experience says you may do well to try the "A". |
Question: | Is this softer than the diva cup? I find diva to be uncomfortably wide and I'm looking for something with a better fit |
Answer: | I converted from the diva cup to the lily cup. Yes, the lily cup is much softer and less wide in diameter. I find the lily cup more comfortable to remove due to the smaller diameter. Its also easier to insert because unlike the diva cup it doesnt have that wide fat rim around the edge. |
Question: | I am 15 and a virgin but i have a really heavy flow I leak through super plus 2-3 hours my heavy days should i get size B for my heavy flow |
Answer: | The size of the cup depends of the size of your vagina not of the flow. As a virgin and as you are under 21 you should get size A but instead of cleaning it 2 times a days you should cleaning it 4 o more times a day.size B is bigger and can contain more flow but it is also wider And can be unconfortable for you |

Product features
Made in the USA
Proudly Manufactured in the USA -
The Venus Cup is manufactured in the USA at an FDA registered facility. Each cup is inspected before it is sealed, packaged and shipped to an individual. We spared no expense in locating and working with a reputable company to handle our product.
FDA Registered and Quality materials
Quality Assured -
The Venus Cup team has met and continues to comply with all of the quality standards set by the FDA. The Venus Cup, as well as the facility that manufactures them, are both registered with the FDA (3003270419) and has an ISO quality management certificate. Our cups are made of medical grade silicone and do not contain BPA, Latex, Phthalates, or Toxins. The Venus Cup is also hypoallergenic.
Measurements
Don’t Let the Size Fool You!
The large Venus Cup measures 71mm at total length, 56mm without the stem, and has a 47mm diameter at the rim. It was designed to hold a higher amount of fluid without adding an extreme length or width compared to other cups on the market.
We were able to keep the cup streamline and the base of the cup rounded for comfort and added capacity.
The large Venus Cup holds 38ml to the air holes and 47ml to the rim - approximately 30% more than the average large sized cup and is equal to about 9 regular absorbency tampons.
Cruelty free
We Love Animals!
You'll be happy to hear that the Venus Cup has never done and will never do any animal testing. We believe in a cruelty-free product.
Thin Rim
A Rim for Comfort & Ease -
The large Venus Cup actually has two rims - the upper rim and an invisible secondary rim. The upper rim is narrow and allows the user the ability to fold the cup into a smaller insertion point. The smooth transition and small lip help to create a good seal when properly placed.
Since firmness is often lost with an increase of size, a slight thickening of silicone near the upper rim and an inner ring has been added to the large for extra reinforcement.
Air holes
Not too Big, Not too Small -
We felt that getting the air holes just right would be a huge benefit. We chose a medium-sized hole to allow airflow to rush into the cup while it’s opening. It also aids in removal in which it allows the user to pinch the base of the cup and release the slight suction if one is created.
The four medium-sized air holes are set slightly below the upper rim to ensure that they have good contact with the vaginal wall to eliminate leaking.
Stem
Solid & Sturdy -
The stem is a solid piece of silicone which consists of two ‘cones’ and a ball tip end. The cones are rounded off to prevent chafing and the ball end prevents your fingers from sliding off.
With the stems intact, the small & large Venus Cups are the same length.
If the user doesn’t need the extra length or is comfortable retrieving the cup without a stem, the ‘cones’ can be trimmed. An extra bead of silicone inside of the cup has been added for reinforcement as well as a safety measure if the stem is completely removed.
Grip Rings
Beautiful & Functional -
The beautiful design at the base of the cup isn’t just for looks! They are our version of grip rings. We wanted to be sure that the user had good contact between their fingertips and the base of the cup. So no matter if you’re pinching the base to rotate the cup to the side, using a single finger to push it up into place, or holding it to remove the cup, your fingers will always have a secure hold.
Body design
Designed to Hold More -
The base of the Venus Cup is rounded like a bell, but the rim doesn’t flare out as a majority of the bell-shaped cups do. Having a rounded base provides extra capacity and eliminates the point of a “V” shaped cup that some may find pokey or uncomfortable. Because the Venus Cup lacks a flared rim, it may not ride up as high to allow the cervix to sit deep inside of the cup and compromise much of the capacity. These features add about 30% more capacity to the large Venus Cup compared to other average large-sized cups on the market.
Internal markings
Keeping it “Low-Profile” -
We’re proud of our design and we wanted to include our name on it. But of course, we didn’t want it to interfere with the users’ comfort. We kept all of the markings on the inside of the cup to minimize raised areas that could potentially cause chafing. We also wanted to make sure that it wasn’t a hard task to clean. Therefore, the Venus name, size indications, and measuring lines and numbers have rounded edges which should only require a quick rinse.
Easier insertion
Choosing the Right Firmness -
Choosing the right durometer or “firmness” was a delicate process in the making of the Venus Cup. We wanted the cup to be pliable yet with enough firmness that was easy to fold and still easy to open. After several sample cups were sent out in different durometers, we felt that we chose the one that would suit most users with ease.
Easier Removal
Pain-free Removal -
Again, making sure that the firmness was suitable for most users, allows this cup to be pinched at the base to help release the slight seal it may have created. The air holes, which are medium-sized, were also chosen specifically to aid in this release. Both features were carefully thought out to make the Venus Cup not only easy to insert but also easy to remove without pain or discomfort.
What's inside the box
Everything Needed for a Happy Period! -
With the purchase of the large Venus Cup, you will receive a cotton canvas storage pouch and a detailed user’s manual packed with information and illustrations - all safely packaged in a Venus Box.
User manual
Book of Knowledge -
The Venus Cup user manual is full of helpful information and illustrations. From preparing the Venus Cup for the first use to inserting, removing, troubleshooting, and more. We have included some frequently asked questions and common issues that many new users face. Read through it to familiarize yourself with the cup and the process whether you’re a beginner to using menstrual cups or a long time user.
Save the manual if you wish or visit us our website to see the most up to date version.
Sleeping
Good Night’s Rest -
Depending on how light or heavy a person’s menstrual flow is, the Venus Cup can be safely worn for up to 12 hours. This may be one of the most appealing features to people who either use a menstrual cup or are thinking about making the switch. It may allow users an uninterrupted night's rest without the worry of stained bedding, waking up in wetness, or needing to change a menstrual product in the middle of the night.
Change your period experience
Happy Vagina & Happy Period -
The Venus Cup will not interfere with the body’s natural process, delicate pH balance, or good bacteria. It will not cause irritation, dryness, micro-tears, or leave behind any fibers. Because a menstrual cup collects a higher capacity than a tampon absorbs, it can be worn for a longer period of time - which means, more time living and less time worrying about your period. When placed correctly, the Venus Cup cannot be seen or felt and can be used during any activity whether it's school, work, sports, hobby, playing with the family, or just lounging around.
- Soft & flexible - If a menstrual cup was a yogi, this would be it! The Saalt Soft is made with an ultra-soft silicone formula designed to be both gentle and super comfortable for those with bladder sensitivity, cramping or discomfort with firmer cups.
- Designed by experts - The Saalt Soft was designed in collaboration with the cup experts at Put A Cup In It, who have helped over a million menstruators find their perfect menstrual cup. Together, we created a cup that would combine that “just right” Saalt shape with a new, softer firmness that is ideal for those with sensitivities.
- Premier soft cup - Saalt Soft’s velvety soft finish, rounded transitions, and proprietary bulb shape makes it easy to insert and open, ensuring a seal so comfortable that you forget it's there. It also means you have a consistent leak free and odor free period. The indented stem is the most flexible and comfortable on the market. No abrasive ridges to irritate your skin.
- Natural and Safe- Made in the USA with 100% medical-grade silicone, the Saalt Cup is affordable premium period care. Our chemical free formula is naturally hypoallergenic, non-toxic and BPA and latex free. Unlike tampons it maintains your unique pH and will never dry you out, leave fibrous residue or cause micro tearing and risk infection and TSS.
- Saalt Gives - For every purchase, Saalt helps provide improved period care and educational opportunities to women and girls in need.
User questions & answers
Question: | im a small person never given birth my period is normal i have no idea where my cervix lies what size would i get |
Answer: | It sounds like a size Small would be a great place to start, but we highly encourage you to measure your cervix. Those with a high cervix find that a size Regular is easier to remove as the body of the cup is longer and easier to reach. Check out our website and YouTube channel to learn how to measure your cervix! |
Question: | Bought one at the end of November, the stem broke off while removing it. Is there a way to get it replaced or do I need to repurchase |
Answer: | Not positive about the replacement, but the stem isn’t supposed to be used for removal. It is there to help you check for a suction seal and locate the cup. Pinching the bottom of the cup breaks the seal for removal and then you hold there to pull the cup out of you. |
Question: | Does the Saalt cup wash come with it? Or is that a separate purchase |
Answer: | Great question! When you order a Saalt Soft it comes with the cup specified in the order and a cute cloth bag to store your cup in when not in use. The Saalt Wash is a separate item and as such would need to be purchased separately. |
Question: | Is this product cruelty free |
Answer: | Great question! Yes! Saalt Cups are not tested on animals (unless some of our friends and family count. 😉 Bad joke, we know.) |

User questions & answers
Question: | Has anyone used this while swimming? Does it stay put in the water |
Answer: | Yes! I live on an island and go to the beach every other weekend. No issues with the Diva cup whatsoever while swimming in the ocean. |
Question: | This is stupid, but what is the possibility of it it getting stuck |
Answer: | I know this is an old question, but maybe it will help other people who are having issues and looking for tips on getting the cup out (like I did). If you can't grip the cup, or are having trouble reaching it, squat down all the way - so that your butt is touching your heels. This will help push it out a bit, and make it more horizontal so you can pull it out easier. Once you have it pulled out a little bit from the stem, you should be able to grasp the body of the cup easier in this position to squeeze it and break the seal. Once you've done that, you can stand up to remove it the rest of the way. Hope this will help someone else! |
Question: | Serious question: has anyone ever had trouble getting the Divacup out upon removal? Really want to try the diva cup but terrified of this happening |
Answer: | No need to worry. I was worried too, but it is easy. So, there are muscles down there, they are used for pushing out babies and they are the same muscles used for kegel exercises. When it is time to take out the cup, you push, like a kegel exercise or like you'd imagine it would be to push out a baby, then pinch it just above the stem and pull, breaking the seal. The first time I did this because the diva cup went high up there, now this is routinely how I remove the diva cup because it is really easy. |
Question: | Hi; I've never had a child, and prefer 'slim' tampons, but I am 30, and I've got a fairly big build (tall, broad-hipped). Which size should I go for |
Answer: | As others have said, if you have never given birth vaginally start out with size 1 regardless of age. I tried the size 2 first since I’m over 30 and it didn’t work well. It was too big which prevented it from forming a proper seal and caused leaking and discomfort. Not a cute look. I switched to size 1 and found that it works perfectly! I’m so happy that I’m no longer dependent on tampons! But seriously, the age recommendation is silly. 30 isn’t the magical age where a woman’s birth canal suddenly looses all elasticity. If you read through the answers here it’s pretty clear that most of the 30+ women w/o children had better luck with the size 1. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Is this more difficult to clean with the no-spill inner ring? It looks like it would be harder to empty and clean compared to other brands |
Answer: | It is actually a very good design that when folded in keeps from leaking and folds out to a smooth conical shape easy to clean and flexible and also helps you not to spill /splash as you poor out from it. It is thin, flexible, smooth (non-porous) and transparent, so rinsing it clean and more thorough cleaning is quite easy. |
Question: | Where is this product being shipped from |
Answer: | The product is manufactured, packaged and shipped from California. |
Question: | What makes this specialized for teens? Is it smaller |
Answer: | It's smaller. Note, I am NOT a teen. I'm an extremely petite adult that hasn't had any children, and the teen size was the only one that fit me. The regular and low cervix were way too wide. |
Question: | I have been a pad only user my whole menstruating life, I am considereing a cup but what type should I get |
Answer: | Ive tried 4 cups and femmycycle was the one that worked flawlessly for me. I tried Diva, Ladycup, Sckoon before finding femmycycle. You have to be willing to read the menstrual cup blogs, learn your body and possibly try a few before you find the best fit. Once you do, your life will change. Periods just are a non issue now for me. No leaks, no pads, no smell, I can swim, ride my bike, hot tub and even go pantyless with my cup- its extraordinary! Good luck |

How To Choose Your Size
Measure during your period to get the most accurate measurement since the cervix will be at its lowest point at this time in your cycle. Using the wrong size can lead to leaking or discomfort.
To locate your cervix: Squat or stand with one leg elevated and insert your index finger into your vagina as far as you can. The cervix will feel like the tip of your nose and the rest of the vagina will feel more like the inside of your cheek.
- UNIQUE PULL STRING DESIGN - Don’t fear your cup being stuck. Removal as easy as pulling a tampon string. Experience the only cup in the world with a ReleaseRing stem for foolproof removal. User questions & answers
Question: | Why are the only reviews for the slim? I want to see reviews for the full size cup |
Answer: | Hello, Ingredients: Aqua/Water, Isoceteth-20, Glycerin, Paraffinum Liquidum/Mineral Oil, Oleth-2, Cocos Nucifera Extract/Coconut Milk, Butyrospermum Parkii/Shea Butter, Helianthus Annus Seed Oil/Sunflower Oil, Tocopherol/Vitamin E, Cocos Nucifera Oil/Coconut Oil, Olea Europaea Fruit Oil/Olive Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf .... Thank you! |
Question: | Can you feel the stem when you wear it |
Answer: | Too thick for my 2 yr old granddaughter . Spray is better. |
Question: | What are the measurements of the cup |
Answer: | I didn’t like this product. Mine came as thick jelly blob. Like glueSTICK consistency. I can’t even put my fingers all the way through it it’s so thick and kind of hard. I never used this product only for my sons hair. It would look like I glued his hair down. I mixed a little of it with “hair food” and “cantu” |
Question: | I’m confused about the sizing. is slim only for first time users? most menstrual cups have an a and b size |
Answer: | I am pleased with this hair gel, works very well |

User questions & answers
Question: | How do i know which size to buy? Also, what if the flow is abundant, should I buy the small one or the big one |
Answer: | if you've had a child you should buy the large, if not you should buy the small.. these cups don't seem like they hold a lot but they really do.. I have never had a problem and I tend to have a pretty heavy flow.. |
Question: | How does a large of this cup compare to a large lunette |
Answer: | Here's a blog post I wrote comparing the two: http://maternalhappiness.com/2014/01/28/the-menstrual-cup-sckoon-lunette-reviewcomparision/ |
Question: | What is used to color the plastic |
Answer: | The colored silicone used for SckoonCup is FDA approved for medical and food use. The colors don't contain heavy metals and have been used in healthcare for over 30 years without any known issues. Thank you! |
Question: | reviews said get small unless you've had a baby. i havent but if i ever do i dont want to order another, will large be ok now |
Answer: | I've had a baby, I'm still going to be using a small in this brand. It's pretty equal to the size medium meluna. I think you'd be okay with either unless you're very petite in that area of your body. A bigger cup may be more challenging to insert and use properly |

User questions & answers
Question: | When they say a 2-cycle refund how many days is that exactly |
Answer: | About 2 months. |
Question: | How do you insert it |
Answer: | Great question! It is made of flexible medical-grade silicone, so the cup is folded into a smaller shape and then inserted into the vaginal canal where it will then open up to its original shape inside. :) |
Question: | What do you do when the cup goes up too high and is hard to take out? Is there a way to prevent this from happening? I’ve had to lay down to remove it |
Answer: | This happened to me once and I read about it and the best way is to relax and push down with your muscles, the cup eventually will come back down to a reachable position. I think in my case it happened because I leave it inside for too long and I also worked out before which probably modified the cups position. |
Question: | Hello, i accidentally ordered the wrong size cup. can i return the cup and order the smaller size or should i contact the seller about it |
Answer: | I would check with amazon customer service. If they're unable to accept the return contact Saalt, they have a satisfaction guarantee |
