Answer:	I recently purchased this and the shelf life is over a year for my jar, expiry in 2014. It won't last that long ... we use ours for everything now! Love it. I stire in the pantry, but assume you could store in the refrigerator. I think it's more helpful to have at room temperature for daily use.

Answer:	Well rye is a grain, and they also get wheat, so they get a bit of grains. I am looking for 100% grain/corn/soy free - this one is at least 100% corn/soy free with some feed supplementation that contains some grains. My concern is for the lectins that find their way into animal foods from grains/corn/soy (for a good resource regarding this, The Plant Paradox by Dr Gundry is an excellent read). I've found, by removing or blocking such lectins (with lectin blocking supplements - but avoid ones with pepsin, that can be bad news - Lectin Lock was the first one I tried with very good results), that I do much better health wise - for instance, my blood sugars instantly stabilized without any additional interventions. I'm impressed with the reviews for this product, so even though it's not 100% grain free, I plan to try it.

Answer:	$59.99? $35? April 2020 the price is $55? Both of those are ridiculous. I paid $11.95 for this same product in Dec. 2018. I can buy similar quality ghee for the same price now. You'd be a fool to pay this much for clarified butter.

Answer:	This pan has a non-stick coating on the inside. It is always a good idea to avoid metal utensils in any pan that has been prepared to avoid food from sticking. With that said, I've been using this pan for several months and the non-stick coating is done well - it doesn't flake or get damaged with normal cooking like some cheaper pans do. This pan is used more than any other pan we own. It is extremely durable and is outstanding for cooking a family meal in one pan. My wife and I both love it!

Question:	What is the difference between this ghee and the $25.00, 56oz tub of grass fed ghee from costco which is certified usda organic
Answer:	No, ghee does not. One thing I will tell you about this product is that if you get the one with sea salt in it, please note the bottom. If it’s pink, that’s the salt. It settles at the bottom. Maybe it melted and resolidified but I didn’t notice til I was at the bottom. Just FYI.

Just received my order and it was packaged with several other items and not only leaked but leaked over a beautiful new cookbook and my pants when I reached in the box to pull it out, not realizing it was dripping. How can you ship this container without wrapping it in plastic or sealing it better? Your packaging sucks and now my book and the ghee is going back.

Answer:	If you buy the Kerrygold butter at Costco it comes as 4 226g sized bricks per package. In most regular supermarkets the packages come in small sticks of the butter in each package. I always get mine at Costco as it is well packaged and at a very good price.
