Question:	What is the max pole diameter your product will work for? Mine is maybe closer to
Answer:	One and five-eighths is the exact diameter of the hole in the baffle, but you would have to be able to slide it on from the top or bottom of the pole after the baffle has already been hooked together. I say this because one side curves around on the top and the curves around on the bottom and you hook the two curved parts together like if you curved your fingers on both hands and then hooked your hands together. While squeezing the baffle in order to hook the two sides, the hole would actually become smaller than 1 5/8 during the squeezing process until they hook together and then will snap back so that the hole is again 1 5/8. So if you're pole is already in the ground and your bird feeder is attached to the pole in such a manner that it can't be removed or the pole can't be separated, you won't be able to attach this baffle. I don't know if I explained this very well, but hopefully, you get the idea.
Question:	I have a 2 inch pole. Can the top be cut to enlarge it so it would work on my pole
Answer:	Hi, Gary. When the baffle is closed, the opening at the top measures 1.5 inches. The support (which clamps to the pole and holds the baffle up) is not big enough to fit securely on a 2" pole. You might check with the manufacturer to see if they offer a different sized baffle set up. I hope this helps.

Answer:	It opens up to wrap around the pole. I was even able to wrap it around two poles that are side by side, giving me more hooks to hang bird feeders that are protected by the baffle.

Answer:	I would say it should be. I have larger breasts (D) and sometimes get a uniboob. What I liked about this bra was that it had removable padding. I think it helped to keep everything in place. I also think the zipper in the front helps to separate a bit more than a regular sports bra. Usually, no matter what I do, the uniboob makes an appearance. With this bra it seemed to take longer to get to that point than normal. :)

Answer:	Hi, I don't know about shoulder surgery. I had breast surgery and it's perfect for that. It's a little hard to thread the zipper and hold both sides of the bra together as you first try to pull the zipper up. If your shoulder hurts, it might not be easy for you. I can't remember if it's returnable but if it is, I would give it a try and if it doesn't work out, you may be able to return it. I followed their sizing recommendation and ended up with the same size I use in other bras. Hope this helps. Good luck with your recovery.

Question:	Could you attach this tray inverted (concave down) onto the pole/ADPT adapter? Rather than catch seed, I'd like to use it to deter jumping cats
Answer:	I bought at least three of these Erva pole set ups. I love them. I just measured the one outside and from the soil level of my garden up to the top of the pole section where you then add your topper is about 80 inches. The section that you screw down into the ground is 20 inches long but that is all screwed underground. So, at the top of the 80 inch pole, you then add the topper with arms. The total length of the topper to the very tip might be about 8-12 inches, but part of that screws into the pole. And the arms stick out lower than the very tippy top. So basically, the total pole from the ground to the very tippy top of the topper is around 87 inches but the arms extend out around the 81 or 82 inch mark.
Question:	I have a very old A-6-3 (DY) tube feeder and want to add a seed catcher to it. Would this work
Answer:	Yes it will! Thank you
Question:	What is the diameter of the hole in the middle? I would like to use it on a 1" pole
Answer:	From the ground the total pole, before adding the topper with the arms, is around 80 inches depending if you really screw it fully down into the dirt. The section that screws underground is 20 inches but you screw it all the way down into your garden. Then at the top of the 78 or 80 inch pole, you add your topper with the arms for hanging the feeders. That will be another 8 inches to the very tippy top of the topper. But the hooks for the feeders are hanging around the 82 inch mark

Question:	If looks like this baffle pivots, which would allow squirrels to drop onto larger bird feeders underneath. Can the baffle be fixed somehow
Answer:	The baffle and the feeder below both move with the wind and in the case of our small feeder squirrels cannot just drop onto the feeder after sliding off the baffle. Since I do not know your exact situation I really cannot know or guess how baffled your squirrels will be. The baffle will pivot due to the fact it is just hanging. If it was on a pole I suppose you could make it so it would not pivot as much by using washers that were made tight because the baffle does have a hole in the center through which you could put a pole through and not use the hook. The hook in the picture is not stuck to the baffle. It can be taken out.
Question:	What is the diameter of the opening of the hook on the top
Answer:	The hook is actually double ended. By that, I mean the hook has loops at both ends. One is larger and one is smaller. Mine are all currently hanging so I am not going to take them down to measure them but, in the absence of a better answer, I will venture a guesstimate of about 1" on the small end and about 1.25" on the larger end. I use the large hook to actually hang the top and the smaller end is under the cover to hook to the tube feeder. I never take down the cover itself except to clean it. If I take down a cover, I will measure it and edit this post. Hope this helps some.

Answer:	I have a similar one. Some can jump almost 4 feet and go over mine. Never seen them chew it but mine is very sturdy cause one squirrel jumps 10-12 feet from tree and lands on it and falls. Takes a beating but works

Answer:	I personally would not think plants would work. Too heavy for sure. I have one bird feeder that is double deck and quite heavy and without putting something like a large rock on the side the weight is going it would fall over in the wind.

Answer:	I'm blessed with 5 poles and I'm using a Perky-Pet 341 Metal Pole Squirrel Baffle (green) on all 5. I've had no problems with squirrels... unless I hang a feeder on a tree! (And THAT'S really "saying somethin'" as I live in the mountains of Northern California, in an unfenced 5 acres in the forest, so if I'm not having a squirrel problem, you KNOW THEY WORK!! (My troubles are now with the DEER that raid the feeders ~~)

Answer:	Yes squirrels can jump from a tree branch. Make sure the tree is at least 10 foot from the feeder. Squirrels can also jump from a deck, again at least 10 feet away.

Answer:	No you can't. I can say this is the best pole for stopping critters from getting to the bird feeders. I have had it for 9 months and haven't seen any squirrels, raccoons, chipmunks, etc even come close to climbing it. Just make sure it's away from trees, fences, decks, or anything else high up that they can jump from to grab on to your feeders. Highly recommended, saved a lot of money on seed this winter
