Answer:	It only makes the ticking noise when the kid's feet are on the pedals keeping the pedals stationary as you push. Not sure why they designed it this way. But if your kid puts his feet up on the wheel well, like my kid then the ticking stops.

Answer:	Not as noisy as the car, but sounds like plastic wheels on pavement. Also, if their feet are on the pedals, it makes a clicking sound if they aren't pedaling. None of this detracts from our enjoyment of the bike.

Answer:	Great question, nope! We have wooden floors at home. I do clean the wheels after outdoor use but that’s about it. It’s great for small spaces too! Overall we are extremely happy with XJD!

Answer:	I'm not sure, honestly. If you are referring the seat clamp lever then there is not one. You have to use an Allen wrench to losen and tighten the screw to adjust seat height. If its the whole clamp then I would contact the seller to inform them you never received it. That is of it isn't on the frame or bike seat bar already. Sorry, I hope this helps.

Answer:	They're rubber tires with an innertube, like a bicycle. I bought my trike in 2008 for my daughter and my third child is now riding it. The tires are still good, and I bought my first replacement innertube for it about a week ago.

Answer:	I have purchased three of these bikes for my grandchildren. The youngest who is 2 can reach the pedals when the seat is in the forward most position but hasn't quite mastered pedaling. He uses his feet to push himself along and occasionally practices trying to pedal. The oldest of the grands that has this bike is 5 and fits perfect with the seat set the furthest back and she rides it around like a speed demon with plenty of room to extend her legs far enough to pedal. This is a great bike and totally worth every penny I spent on them. The seat position is very easy to adjust so I purchased the third one to keep at my house, grandmas, for when the grands are here on the weekends. On a scale of 1-5 I would definitely give this bike a 5 plus.

It was used almost constantly during this time, and while my older kids used it more until closer to age 4, but youngest had stopped shortly before 3, because she used the tricycle and balance bike more to keep up with the big kids. I can't imagine how kids use it until age 5-6 because they can barely get in and out at that point.

Answer:	If she does, it won't be for long... my niece who just turned 6 is 45 pounds can barely fit for a few minutes comfortably. When my daughter who is probably about 34 inches sits in it, she probably only has a foot of space above her head (and less space for getting in and out as the roof arches up for more headspace once inside). You might want to look for another toy, or you can get this and enjoy it for a little while. I'm sure you could sell it easily when you're done with it (or save it for another kiddo).

Answer:	Probably no. My grandson is 2 and can barely reach the pedals at the bottom of their cycle. Unless the 18 month old is long legged, he won't be comfortable on it.

Answer:	It does not fold down. It is very solid. The back handle and top cover can be left off so it would not be so tall but they are nice features on the tricycle. We bought it for our grandson who is 3 1/2. It is the perfect size for him and we think he will be able to use it for another year. It is a bit larger than a regular size tricycle. The front tire is thick and wide. We are very pleased with it.
