Mrs. Wages Medium Salsa Tomato Mix (Pack of 6)

Step 1

Sterilize 5 pint jars.

Step 2

Scald 6 lbs of tomatoes for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Dip the tomatoes in cold water and remove the skins.

Step 4

Remove the core and chop coarsely.

Step 5

Combine tomatoes, 1/2 cup of vinegar, Mrs Wages instant seasoning mix - bring to a boil let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 6
