Answer:	Swing lights up, plays music, mobile spins and seat vibrates. Make sure the little cord it comes with is plugged in on the back part. I had the same problem and didn’t realize the cord was there. It’s small. On the back part of the swing legs.
Question:	We got one of theses from the baby shower. Set it up and plugged it in but wont turn on. Could there be a reason? Or just a defective product

Question:	Is this good for new born, my son is 3 and a half week old
Answer:	I am sorry I can't given a definite answer, but from what I can see in the pictures of the stokke tripp trapp chair, there seems to be only one slit (point) of insertion for the bottom piece (again I could be wrong about this). The boon flair does not strap all the way around as it seems that some of the stokke do (from what I can gauge from pictures, not from experience). In sum you would need slots for insertion (slits in chair) in 5 places for the boon flair to work (1 at bottom, 2 on sides, and 2 at top). The only thing that keeps this harness from coming out is the doubling of the strap at the end, with fold at end (wide enough to pass through slit but with enough of an obstacle to keep it from coming out). It has worked well for me without problem. I hope this helps.
Question:	does it come with ac adapter
Answer:	It attaches exactly the same way that the harness does that comes with the high chair. If you look at the high chair for example, there are holes (small slits), that go through both the padding and the chair itself. The ends of the harness that goes through the chair has folds that prevents the harness from coming out, i.e. the slit is large enough to allow the harness to go through, but too small for it to come out (because of the folds at the ends). It has worked perfectly well and a pull test has shown verified this. I have had no problems with it and my son is a very strong 9.5 month old.

Answer:	It works well on my Graco Blossom 4-in-1 high chair seating. If it is like that one it should work.
