Answer:	Yes - it is hard to attach the phone mount. I couldn’t get it to work even after exchanging messages with the seller. I attached mine with blue painters’ tape. Once attached, the mount does hold the phone securely.

Answer:	I've only ever used it with my iPod Touch. I am out of town right now and don't have the device with me to test on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
