If it's common for your employees to clock out after midnight, you can adjust that time to be later which will keep all of the punches on the same line. Improve The Quality of Fingerprint Reads

1, Always use clean fingers, avoid angled or tilted finger positions for enrollment.

2, Put your finger belly completely in the middle of the reader.

3, Do not slide the finger while enrolling it. Put some pressure for 1 second and it will show you the result.

4, A dry fingerprint would be hard to be recognized, pls panting breathe on your fingerprint to moist it. Then it will be easier to verify.

Answer: I have the same problem. The clock worked fine for about 2 months. Then the display went off. Reconnect the power cord would light up the display. But it went off in 20 sec. It comes back when I touch it, but will go off again in 20 sec. Following the Common Trouble Shooting Q&A, double press the "Down" button does NOT fix the problem. Reaching out to their support to figure out why.
