| Answer: | Practically no safe protects against theft. any large safe under $2k, and where steel is measured in gauge instead of inches can be opened fairly quickly with an angle grinder. Bolt down your refrigerator sized $1,000 safe from a box store and it can still give up its contents quickly. This safe is meant primary as place to keep your loaded self defense handgun from child access, your maid or house-guests who are not going to want to take a crowbar to it. My problem is struts on both of mine failed after three years of average access opting about once per month |
