Answer:	Has anyone been able to reach to seller? The solar pump on mine just died after 7 weeks. Voltage from the solar panel is 12VDC on one side of the pins and 28 VDC on other. That leads me to say the pump failed. And no we never ran it dry and we always had clean water in the 5 gallon bucket.

Answer:	Dear customer, Water Pump can work day and night as long as it connected to a power source; Solar Power only works when the panel exposed to the sunlight unless you connected to a back up battery. However. A back up battery is not cost efficient. It seems you have mis-understand the solar products are supposed work during the sunlight.

Answer:	The pump I bought pumps AIR from above ground, into the water. It is a pond aerator. The advantage it provides over a water fountain is that since it doesn't suck pond water into its mechanism, it will never clog up like a water fountain might. It also takes less power to push air into water than to push water up into the air. This will last longer. But it isn't designed to be pretty... and it isn't designed to move water from a low end of a pond to a higher end of the pond. Its priority is to oxygenate the water... which helps reduce algae.

Question:	What is the diameter of the out flow hose and how much is provided
Answer:	No outflow hose was provided. A riser for sprinkler head was provided. We used 1/2” screw in fitting to the pump to adapt 1/2” tubing (6ft) with 1-1/2ft lift for a waterfall
Question:	How many hours of charging before this works
Answer:	No time because there is no battery. When the sun shines on the panel, the pump runs. When the panel is shaded, the pump stops. Simple.
Question:	I would like to find a "Y" connector to parallel run two panels set at different angles for increased run time on a hydroponic system

Question:	Is a electric cable extension avaiable
Answer:	There are extensions available. I used a 10’ extension to get the panel into better sunlight
Question:	Is there a splitter available so two Solar panels can connect to one pump
Answer:	I wouldn't do this-the panel powers one pump adequately-not sure that two pumps would operate as well
Question:	Could you suggest compatible pond filter to attach this pump. Otherwise I am going to return this product
Answer:	I use pure kleen media filter. Put pump in a bowl with filter on top also use this filter in bigger pond with electric pumps. Can buy on amazon but I buy in bulk.
Question:	Is the pump's flow adjustable
Answer:	The maximum flow is fixed. The actual flow depends directly on the amount of sun rays hitting the solar panel. If you are using flexible tubing to connect the pump to the outlet, the maximum flow could be indirectly adjusted either by varying the length or material of the tubing, or by tightening or constricting the flexible tubing.

1. Remove the film covered on the solar panel
2. Expose solar panel to sunlight & make test run to empty the inner air of the pump
3. Submerge the water pump in water
4. Assemble the pump with tubes and sprayer heads

The solar pump may not work well under below situations:

1. Solar panel is in shadow
2. Solar panel is dirty
3. The water level is too low
4. The pump outlet is blocked
