One has to completely remove both screws and then handle the weight of the tabletop that can switch its angle in the process (so where to hold) while choosing which next screw setting to use, spaced about two inches apart. It remains very secure once screwing in the knobs. Setting the "angle" of the tabletop itself is an absolute breeze.

Answer:	Hi Alan, That happened to me too. After pushing on the mounted seat to no locking effect, I sat on it, and only then it locked. The strap now works for raising the seat (by pulling the strap up) and lowering the seat (by pulling it down); however if I raise the seat too high it will come off again.

Answer:	Yup - this is pretty much what it is for. Either for when you accidentally pressed the brake leaver while the wheel is off or when replacing pads. This tool is used to fully compress the pistons.

Answer:	this tool is best used by removing brake pads the slow inserting into caliper so not to damage the pistons in the caliper. then slowly apply pressure back and forth to move pistons back into caliper body. you may need to open your brake lever hydraulic fluid port. Make sure to use an adapter with a plastic syringe to capture any fluid that comes out. Brake fluid is very corrosive to paint.

I am sorry but I do not want to disturb the monitor and set up to see how much higher it goes. :( I believe the lower front portion will go to near or at table top level with the back portion. Answer:	Of course! There is a lever on the side that you lift up or down to raise and lower! I do this at least ten times a day as I change from standing to sitting frequently. It is a very smooth lift up or push down! I never worry about offloading the desk!

This is the part where you get to grab your electric drill! Simply attach the controller to the underside of the desktop using the provided screws.

Adjust to the Desired Height

When your control panel is installed and the desk is attached to a power source, press and hold the up or down arrow until your desk reaches the desired height.

Press “M” to Store Setting

To save your preferred height, press “M”. The letter “S-” will be displayed. Then press “1”, “2”, or “3” within 5 seconds to store the height in memory.

Set Helpful Reminders

Set the timer by pressing “T”. The display will flash “0.5h” (30 minutes). Then press “T” repeatedly to increase the time frame.

User questions & answers

Question:	Does this desk adjust to varies height's or just 2 position stand and sit
Answer:	The desk can ratchet up to 10 (or maybe 11?) different heights between the lowest and highest settings. I'm 6'5" and usually use it sitting (lowest setting) in a normal office chair. I can also comfortably use it while standing (second to highest position). I'd expect anyone in the range of about 5' and 6'6" could find a comfortable height. Here is something else to keep in mind... To get it to come down and/or to a lower position, you have to take it all the way past the top setting, and then the ratchet releases for it to lower all the way back to the bottom. The manual states that you should NOT adjust the height with anything on the desk (monitors, keyboards, spearkers, etc). That said, it can be done, but it's definitely not a simple, or comfortable process. In short, transitioning between sitting and standing on a regular basis is complicated and not recommended.
Question:	What are the overall demensions
Answer:	The base measures 23 1/2" wide x 25 7/8" long, and the total tabletop area measures 27 5/8" x 27 5/8". The minimum height setting is 37" ,and the maximum setting is 54 1/4".Thank you!
Question:	Are the wheels rubber or plastic? We have hard wood floors and do not want to damage them
Answer:	The wheels are plastic. We have tested these one wood and other surfaces without any problems with scratching.Thank you!
Question:	Can this be used while sitting on a couch? Any issues with height or leg room
Answer:	I think so, depending on how close you want to have it. The horizontal leg pieces are almost 4 inches high, so that might help you in determining what would work for you. No issues I can see with leg room.
