Question:	Can I use this outdoors? Will it rust
Answer:	The only metal on the unit are the wheels. I supposed you could give them a regular coat of oil and avoid rust. The wheels are fine for indoor use, or perhaps even outdoors on a paved surface, but they are too small to roll around easily on turf or bare ground... just please keep that in mind.

Answer:	If your patio is covered it should be ok I would think. If it gets direct sunlight it will probably heat up and be hot to touch though.

Answer:	I don't see why the top shelf couldn't be flipped upside down. The holes should still line up. Although, it may void some sort of warranty or return policy if you don't install it correctly. As for the weight, it will definitely hold 13 lbs. I use mine for watering plants, and I put 4 gallons of water on the cart with no problem. I put 2 gallons (about 16.5 lbs) on the top and 2 gallons on the bottom.

Answer:	I don't know where Mr. Provancher got his measurements, but I just received this rolling cart and put it together and the measurements for each of the shelves is as follows: Top Basket measures: 15.75" long by 10.5" wide x 3.5" deep Middle Basket measures: 16" long by 11.25" wide x 3.5"deep Bottom Basket is the largest and measures: 16.75" long by 11.5" wide x 3.5" deep (so, only slightly larger than the middle basket). And please note that there is only 8.5 inches clearance between the middle and bottom baskets, and 7.5 inches clearance between the top and middle baskets, so it's pretty small. It is very sturdy however!

Answer:	This rug is made to to go flush against a wall. I checked mine and it would trip a person. My suggestion is to contact the company and see if they could put another sloping piece on it. This mat is wonderful. I bought it to keep pine needles from being tracked in the house. Sand filters through it and the rug keeps my entranceway clean as well as the soles of shoes. The mats brush out mud and dirt -- even in deeply gridded running shoes or hiking boots.
