Answer:	Yes, this headlamp will fit an adult. It has an adjustable top strap and the Velcro allows for some wiggle room as well. I bought it for my boyfriend and he's a big guy with a big head. It fits him fairly snug, but still comfortable. It's a fun little headlamp and the light is super bright. Highly recommend it.

Answer:	I have watched my grandson who recently turned 6 years old work with his legos (more advanced for ages 9 thru 12) and assemble what he sees. He is quite imaginative and creative and uses legos to make some of his own creations, dinosaurs, airplanes, buildings and I am amazed with his creativity. My four year old granddaughter plays with the legos, but is not quite as creative or imaginative, but I look at her age. Children amaze me today. I would say pick up a lego set for an older child and let your five year old see what they can do with it. I might add that if you will; buy your child a book with all the different lego creations that can be assembled using the loose legos and watch what they can do. Of course, sometimes I will sit down with either grandchild and help them. Great team building activity for the children.
