The Rockville RPM870 is an 8 channel powered console mixer with USB input. There were a few goals we had when designing this mixer. The first one was it had to have the clearest sound quality with the best quality mic preamps. We manufactured this mixer with XDR2 low noise mic preamps. These are some of the best sounding mic pre’s on the market. They compete in quality with any brand on the market! The next goal we had was versatility. This mixer has aux sends and returns on each channel so you can route your external effects easily. We also built in a 24 bit digital effects processor that sounds great. We didn’t include 99 effects which all sound the same. Rather we included 16 solid effects that are each useful. You can customize each effect in the FX control section of the mixer. We tested this and we ran the mixer to Mackie C300Z speakers, and even with the volume turned up half way these were filling an extremely large room with sound! We also tested these with dual 15” DJ speakers and really cranked them and the sound of the highs and lows were crisp and clean. The great thing about this is the amp does not overheat even when cranking it for hours straight. The power amp built into this mixer is 500 x 2 RMS @ 8 ohms and 750 x 2 RMS @ 4 ohms. Question:	Do you think this will be enough power for my two 15 inch speakers and my two 12 inch subs
Answer:	The power is 800 watts peak. The problem is that when you hook up more then two speakers to the system, then you change the output of the unit. It is set up to run two 8 ohm speakers as is. You would need to go online and there are websites that can explain what to do to hook up 4 speakers and how to run them to make sure you are balanced and not over/under the system. You will need to know the ohms of the speakers and their watts to know for sure. If you do not then you run the risk of over peaking the system and burning it out or if not balanced you will burn out one channel. Answer:	Shouldn't be a problem. The speaker output power is fairly low wattage so you should be safe enough with just about any speakers. You might want to run two of them in parallel if possible to reduce impedance to 8 ohms, but higher ohms is less problematic than too low.

Answer:	Just about any commercial grade desk is plenty sturdy enough to support the 6-monitor model. If you will be using it on a residential desk (or anything that has thinner particle board as the desk surface), I'd keep an eye on sagging or buckling. You may need to reinforce the desk if it becomes a problem.

Answer:	If you don't have a Dell that has the vesa mount built in (some have a knuckle fixed to the monitor that the Dell stand attaches to), then you need the vesa adapters that are made for your monitor. Most Dell's that have a vesa mount already are the pro grade ones that can rotate 90° without additional hardware. You can tell if you have one that does by looking at where the monitor attaches to the stand. If it is a square plastic plate with a button at the bottom, you have it. Press the button and tilt the monitor to allow removal from the stand, the vesa mount is under where the plate covered.

Answer:	Hi. Any of the onboard effects will work with the with Mic channels. One effect at a time, though.

Answer:	been trying to determine this for my own setup. thus far it seems No as the AUX is post fader. im trying to isolate the mic on the FX send and have it removed from the main mix.. nothing seems to allow this to happen. i can get the FX send to work but if the usb and the FX send are connected to the same source, both signals carry the mic audio...

Answer:	This is a mixer and not any type of recording device. This operates on USB and does not have any recording capability built-in. This is used to record multiple sources at one time and make that into one Stereo/Mono audio output that can be used with a recording software, streaming software, or even a live speaker system. You can record the main output via computer, but even then, this will all be one audio stream, not one for each separate channel.
