Answer:	It prints well on card stock. It curves the paper but it's easily straighten back out.

Answer:	Yes, the printer will print double-sided very easily and can collate as well - just a simple check box in the print dialog box. You may need to go onto the Brother's support website and make sure you download the very latest printer driver for your OS... I had to do that for my iMac before the duplex function worked correctly. Took 10 minutes and it worked perfectly. This printer is very fast and prints clean, crisp B&W and color. I've printed 30+ pages (in duplex) at the time without any problems.
Question:	Does this work with windows
Answer:	That is a great question! The truth is "no" toner does not dry up or evaporate like color ink does. I have owned several laser jet toner based printers for decades and some of them I haven't printed to in over a year and when I do use them the timer is ready to use instantly whenever I'm ready to send a print job. I love Brother printers. I also have their Intellifax 2820 all in one and the cartridge is easy to refine and reuse without dropping hundreds of dollars on a new toner cartridge. 123refills.net is a great source for replacement toner ranging for about 10 to 20 dollars to refill the cartridge. For the amount of use you will get and he quality, it cannot be beat. There are instructional videos that show you how to refill each style and model of toner cartridge. Sometimes you may need to buy a reset gear for the first time that you buy replacement toner for about $2 or $3 to tell the printer that the toner is full again. This is far superior to other brands like HP where you have to buy small reset chips that tell the printer that it is full. The reset gears can be used over and over. I've abandoned ink jet printers decades ago. The ink as you know evaporates if you don't print anything for a few months. In fact, I recently purchased this printer based on a YouTube video that shows how to clean the drum (when dots and streaks showed on my Intellifax printer) using a soft paper cloth and isopropyl alcohol and I instantly admired the quality of this unit. This new unit exceeded my expectations. The integration with PC's and Mac's is phenomenal. I can put a stack of papers to scan in the hopper, go to my Mac and hit scan and it makes a PDF or JPEG almost instantly it seems on my desktop, compared to my old xerox scanner that you have to have a USB wire plugged in to operate it. Plus it does duplex scanning and copying / printing. You get a lot of quality for a cheap price. I've seen other units go for $1500 or higher. Sure it is expensive, but for what you are getting it is well worth the price. Also, the other positive comment I have over my HP Color Laser is that these cartridges that come with this Brother printer are huge, compared to HP, so you are not likely to run out of toner as quickly as other Color Laser printers. I love this new printer. I just set it up a few nights ago. My wife does a lot of printing for work and when she is "burning the midnight oil" it's good to know that we now have more options if one of the printers is running low on toner and I'm too tired or don't have any replacement toner to refill the cartridges in one of our printers. Answer:	On the DCP-L2550DW, it has a Automatic Document Feeder that will hold and feed 50 sheets automatically for copying and scanning. The Hl-L2395DW has a manual feed tray that will feed a single sheet. The DCP-L2550DW has a two line display and the HL-L2395DW has a 2.7" color display. They both will print 36 pages per minute.

Question:	Why is one of the hinges loose? I got the same issue on two printers shipped to me
Answer:	JVS, from your description, it sounds like you're referring to the two hinges for the MF267dw's platen (scanning bed). They are designed to extend somewhat to accommodate larger sized originals (such as books). One of those hinges has the wiring to power and control the document feeder on top, as well as additional reinforcement to support the weight when the lid is open, and so it is less resistant to movement. The other hinge will seem loose by comparison.

Answer:	1. Make sure that the front cover is open. 2. Press and hold Go for about four seconds until all of the LEDs light up. Once all LEDs are lit, release Go. 3. Close the front cover. 4. Make sure the Drum LED is now off.
Question:	How much toner comes with the MF644Cdw printer
Answer:	Yes, it comes with a "starter" toner cartridge, rated at 700 pages ... but, there's a little trick I learned, that when the printer stops printing, indicating that it is out of toner, I do this simple work-around ... leaving the printer turned on right where it stopped, you simply press the green "Go" button 7 times ... it will then start up printing where it left off ... I did this with my starter cartridge and got another 650 pages before the toner started fading ... so, all together I was able to get about 1,400 full pages out of the starter toner ... I also use this trick on a regular replacement toner cartridge when it says it's out of toner and quits printing ... works like a charm and saves me quite a bit of money!
Question:	Are all toners included
Answer:	I've had a two of these 2300 series printers. 1 - 2340 and 1 -2350. Then the first 2350 would not power up and I was near the 1 year warranty. I shipped it back and they replaced it which I appreciated. I always used toners I found on Amazon that were significantly cheaper than Brothers and never had a problem with the 2340. In these later printers (2350) I think they have added stuff to preclude you from using non-brother toner cartridges. The one I have now keeps insisting on a new toner cartridge and I used the Brother Toner Cartridge they included in the replacement. I've been trying every kind of trick I can think of and research to no avail. These were great printers but if you've got to pay over $100 for a long life Toner that you can get for $20 elsewhere - that's just wrong. I think the truth is like the old Gillette Razor Blades. They would just about "give you" the razor handle mechanism if they could lock you in for the blades which is where they make their profits. I'll just buy another of these and try to use 3rd party toners and unfortunately throw the damn thing away.
