Answer:	Yes they work great in the microwave. They seems to help steam the veggies. Haven't really used them in the freezer too much but I dont see why there would be an issue.

Answer:	We use our hot dog steamer at our Cafe and we had 80 hot dogs at one time, it might take about 30 minutes to warn up the hot dogs once the steamer is ready. About the hot dog buns, never tried putting them wraped up in it, it takes about two minutes and you better get them out or they will get soggy. So load up the buns as you start to serve, you should have the next batch ready by the time you served the first one. We turn the heat down if the hot dogs are going to stay longer then one hour or they will over cook. Hope this helps.
