Answer:	The ingredients list only organic figs, which does not contain gluten. Also it says the facility handles nuts.

Answer:	Are you sure it is bad? These dried figs have natural black spots and some very soft spots. This is a natural outcome of the drying process. However, if you are sure they are bad, contact Amazon.

Answer:	No, that is not mold. The drying process of the figs leaves some dark spots and some too soft spots. Refrigerate after opening and wash the figs before eating. Store them in a dry cold place (a fridge would be fine).. Nothing to worry about. I came from Iraq and ate dried figs all my life. This Turkish brand is among the best.

I don’t think it’s a returnable item...another option is to look at your order history after logging into your account from the website or within the app and then select the item you want to return and there should be some return options to choose from if that’s an option.

Answer:	Dried fruits seldom need refrigeration. In fact, you’ll often find them sold from open bins in specialty markets. Once opened, the packages should be re-closed in order to maintain the moisture content intended by the processor. Now, too much moisture could lead to spoilage. If the bag has a seal, use it. If there is no seal or if the seal has been damaged, a simple fold and clip should suffice, or transfer the contents to a plastic sandwich bag or a larger storage bag.
