Question:	Can i use with a window based computer or does it have to be a MAC
Answer:	We just got out of a Cricut class tonight, 10/14/2019) at a local Michaels. We (my wife and I) both downloaded the DesignSpace software in class from the Cricut website to our Windows 10 laptops and after downloading a small Windows add-in, were able to launch DesignSpace, create and cut projects successfully from out laptops. We also had out Apple iPads and downloaded the Apple Store DesignSpace app and had no problem using them to design and cut. Can’t speak about the Mac though...

Answer:	The only difference between the air1 and air2 is the speed of the cut and the color options for the machines. I have the air2 and I honestly haven't even tried the faster cutting option because I've been cutting really delicate things and I was afraid that it would rip the material at a faster speed. I guess this question depends on how much you would use it and for what. I don't, by any means, think the air1 is "slow".

Answer:	Through personal experience, the Cricut Design Space software let’s you upload svg files, but not ai or eps. The best advice for cutting images from Illustrator is to use a USCutter instead, it uses a software called Sure Cuts A Lot and works with alot of file types (ai, eps, svg)

Answer:	You can link a cartridge to the machine, but you cannot use cartridges with this machine. You plug the cartridge in and download it to your account. Once you have downloaded it, you can get rid of the cartridge. You do need a computer to use this machine, it is not stand alone like previous models.

Question:	Could i use my exsplore air 2 to wright it with the pen and then cut it out
Answer:	Yes, you can use your Explore Air 2 and a pen inserted in the pen holder to write a word or draw a line art image on the Cricut Sticker Paper. In order to cut it out you will need to place a line art shape around your drawing or word and select all the items and click on Atttach in the Menu to your left, select GO. Set your dial on CUSTOM on your Cricut Explore Air 2, then click on edit custom materials at the bottom of the screen of Cricut Design Space and select Sticker Paper, Printable 0.2mm (Cricut) from the scroll down Menu. Click Done and select the same type of material from the Please Select Material: from the box, then click hit the C button on machine when prompted. Hope this helps! Note: you can try doing a Print & Cut on this paper in your inkjet printer if you have a sheet fed instead of a cassette tray. I had no luck printing on my Epson Workforce 7510 or 7520 printers which have a cassette tray for paper.

Answer:	I purchased this recently and used it on a staunless steel tumbler (those double wall insulated kind with the clear lid). I printed a 3"x4" image on the sheet (like a name label). It came out looking great out of my inkjet and it cut very nicely on my cricut. It was easy to place onto the tumbler. I handwahsed it very very very gently barely using any soap and using only my hands (no sponge or scrubber) and to my disapointment it already started wearing off on the edges. I don't know if it's the ink that is coming off the vinyl or if the vinyl just deteriorated. Either way it was a waste of time. My personal opinion is that this product should only be used on items that won't come in contact with water

Answer:	I'm sorry we don't have a fabric/cloth cartridge. We have found most general irons don't create enough heat to seal the "label" to the fabric. There are some commercial solutions available on the market.
Question:	What is the point of the power adapter? can i used rechargeable aa batteries and the use the battery power adapter to charge these batteries
Answer:	Thank you for your question. The printer has a thermal print head that marries the ribbon in the cartridge to the surface of the tape in the cartridge. You can use 6AA batteries or the power supply (adapter) for the "heat process." And yes, you can use rechargeable batteries. But the power supply (adapter) does not charge regular batteries or rechargeable batteries. We usually recommend using the batteries when under the desk, climbing on the ladder, working where a power source is not easily available and using the power supply (adapter) if sitting at a desk. Answer:	Thank you for your question. The LW-PX300 comes with just 1 tape- 212BWPX. It does not include the power supply/adapter and what I like to call the cord to the wall. The LW-PX300 works on regular AA batteries 6. It does not work on the lithium ion battery that you might see in the LW-PX900/LW-PX700 kits. The printer does not "charge" batteries.
