Answer:	I am not clear as to whether you are asking about the part that inserts into the ear or the part on the outside of the ear. I will answer both. For the inside, I would guess you could use other covering for comfort inserting in the ear; however it comes with 3. At least 1 is smaller, the other may be a little bit larger or the same size as the one as it comes. For the outside clip over the ear - it is fixed and is positional so it can fit comfortably on the ear. Best wishes.

Answer:	I find that they are very loud. I’m the kind of guy who usually needs to turn it to 90-100% while running to be satisfied. These are loud enough for me at 50-60% and I’m impressed with the bass, especially as cheap as these are...

Answer:	Very good for the price you pay. You must realize that you´re not buying a premium earbud and for the price you pay you´re getting a pretty good earbud, sometime as good as the premium ones. It turn´s on right after you take them out of the box and connects the right channel with the left channel to your device right after. Besides that, it does have a great sound quality with bass and nice isolation, things you don´t get in earbuds that costs more than U$150,00!!! So, nothing to complain? Well, it does have some transmission problems that happens sometimes only once for about a second, but sometimes it repeats more than once... Although I´m very satisfyed with it.
Question:	can you use just one at a time
Answer:	Yes. I use one or the other independently depending on the situation (left for running, right for work so they get equal hours of use). I have to manually connect the left one on my phone, but the right one connects automatically. I use the left one for outdoor runs and leave the right bud at home, and it functions normally. The earbud will beep for about a minute while it's waiting for the right bud to connect, but then the beeping will stop and you can go on enjoying your music. You don't have to use the right bud only or have the right and left buds in proximity. You could take both out, let them connect to eachother, and then place one back in the case like others have suggested but it's faster for me to just take one out and connect it on my phone if it's the left bud.

Answer:	I would recommend a wireless charger. Just put the box on the charger without wires. My phone uses wireless charging and it is great. I only use a wired cord when I would be low on battery and need to use my phone at the same time.

Answer:	I have the iPhone 8 Plus and there is no problem with the weight of the phone and being properly held by the holder. Very pleased with this product.

Answer:	Use this with Samsung S8. Have not had interference with any functions. Use my GPS frequently and it's perfect. Great product.
Question:	Will this mount work with an I phone 7 plus in an otter box
Answer:	I have the otterbox defender case, and the magnetic mount works great. I attached the metal plate to the back of the hard plastic inner case/shell, and then just fit the rubber outer case over the plastic shell as nornal. The mount has held the phone great for over a year.

Answer:	I assume that you mean the on-ear ones? Yes. These are made for the on-ear soundlink ones.

Answer:	The model number these fit is: 714675-0010. Smaller than the Bose Soundlink II model. Refer to the pics on amazon which will give you an idea

Answer:	You're welcome in advance. I used a blow dryer to heat up the rubber before trying to slide them on. High heat, point blank for about 20 seconds. Pads popped on in seconds. It wasn't a pain at all. 😁

Question:	Can you put the magnet in the case or adhere it to the case if you have credit cards in the case? As in using one of those phone case wallets
Answer:	It is recommended to adhere it to the case.
Question:	Can I attach the magnet to back of my phone case
Answer:	Attach directly to back of phone. The magnet will hold.
Question:	I found two metal plates for my phone in the package. One is round and smaller while another is rectangular and bigger. What's the difference of them
Answer:	If your phone is larger than 6 inches, you may want to use the rectangular one since it will provide more magnetic power..
Question:	It is possible to reposition the sticky base many times
Answer:	Not too many times. Yes you can remove it, wash it, and place it somewhere else but it is not as sticky. I don't recommend repositioning as mine lost the thick sticky piece due to moving and now the product is useless.

Installation

Stick the magnetic plate to the back of your phone (or place it inside your case under the phone) and attach your phone to the arm of the mount.

Noted: Wireless charging will not work when a magnetic plate is attached to your device or placed inside its case.

Step 1

Peel off the white backing on the bottom of the adhesive base and stick it to your dashboard.

Step 2

Lift up the lever on the phone mount and place it on top of the adhesive base.

Step 3

Press down the lever. The mount should now firmly grip the adhesive base.
