Answer:	No stand. It has a threaded connector that fits the stand. Usual size threads.

Answer:	I have not tried to use it with phantom power, but it works wonderfully with it, so I imagine the answer is yes, it does.

Answer:	Yes, the mic is crystal clear.
Question:	Can you turn the lights on and off so you can use the microphone for giving a speech to an audience in a large room
Answer:	This microphone connects via XLR, so if you're using a USB codec like a mixer or the like then it should work. However the mic cannot connect directly to USB out of the box.

Power amplifier, Voice amplifier, AMP, Speaker,Dome Stereo/Car Stereo/Bluetooth Stereo:

• Connect the 6.35 cable to the“L+ROUT”, connect the other side to the AUX/MIC hole.
• or Connect the 3.5mm to the "AUDIO" of the microphone, connect the other side to the AUX/MIC hole.
