Answer:	They can but they will most likely leak. The #1 basket has a smaller base that fits INSIDE the drip pan. The other two baskets have larger bases and sit outside the top rim of the drip pan which can cause condensation to leak out. It should always have the #1 basket on the bottom to prevent leaking.

The water is put into a tank at the bottom and then over that lays a catch Basen for the water that condensates and drips from cooking. So the only thing near the steamer is fresh clean water! Question:	Does it have wifi feature
Answer:	The answer someone gave that they cooked a pot roast and vegetables in one hour is questionable. Perhaps if the meat was cut into very thin slices, it could work, though it’s doubtful that hard vegetables like carrots & potatoes would be done. In a slow cooker, the “high” temperature is still very low at 300°. For tender meat, especially large pieces like pot roast, and hard vegetables, you must cook it several hours on high or many hours on low (or a combination of both high and low). The high setting for 1 1/2 to 2 hours is equivalent to 15-30 minutes in a moderate (350°) oven. I’ve used slow cookers for 30 years. They are not fast, as their name implies!
Question:	Does the instant pot max have usda approval for pressure canning
Answer:	If it helps any, I have a Nesco Roaster & the inner pot to it is lightweight & ceramic coated. It roasts & cooks some of the best pork, beef, poultry. I'm reading up on the newest Instant Pot releases myself. I like this Aura & also the Gem but would like to know the maximum pound size these take. The only reason I'm looking to replace the Nesco with an IP roaster is to have better temperature setting. Nesco has a knob with far too much 'play' in the turn. I want more precise roast setting ability.
Question:	Does it sterilize
Answer:	131 is the golden number. I cooked a turkey breast at 131 after injecting it with a spicy butter garlic mix for 24 hours. I cook all my steaks at 131 for 4 hours and my chicken the same... that is the magic number for at least 4 hours but turkey and pork are 24+ hours. For the turkey breast, I filled the bag with oil so the temperature would distribute evenly in the bag. As long as you get all the air out.
Question:	Is it usda approved for canning
Answer:	To help clean it if you have a hard mess. Put 4 cups of water in the pan and set it on the steam function for 15 or so minutes.

Question:	Is anyone using this to actually slow cook something for hours or are you all just using it as a food warmer
Answer:	I have not used it yet for slow cooking but see no reason you could bot do so. If you are using g for entertainment, I suggest a trial run. Also, the manual suggests heating the unit before use to outgas the smell of the product when first heated.
Question:	Where can i replace one stoneware crock insets? I broke one of the threes
Answer:	Contact Bella directly at 866-832-4843. You can buy a replacement crock.
Question:	Are the crocks safe to use in the oven
Answer:	I have never tried but I would imagine on a setting of under 400 since the high setting on the crockpot gets pretty hot.....the lid could not so in the oven as there is plastic on the top of the lid.

Answer:	Absolutely! Although I bought this one for my own use, I have already planned to buy another one for my girlfriend and my sister. It is very cute and practical. If you have a girlfriend, believe me, it will be the best choice for valentine's day gift!

Answer:	I put soap and water in the pot and rinse, them wipe off the sides without getting water near the end of the handle. I don’t submerse the pot in water.

Answer:	Very easy to do that. One of the biggest advantages of the non-stick pan is that it's not hard to clean since the food won't stick to the pot when you cook. You can wipe and clean it with a wet towel easily after use. It is better for you to put it in a ventilated place after cleaning.
