Answer:	This post was written in 2016, and here I am in 2020 knowing it's It's luck of the draw if anyone gets a lid that CAN be put on. Mine would NOT. I sat on the lid where the locking of the lid to the can should have taken place, I pounded the same area, I put the trashcan upside down and pressed hard, I pressed hard on top where it should have locked, I eyeballed, maneuvered, even called the company. GUESS WHAT THE COMPANY SAID?? To get a RUBBER MALLET AND POUND. Really?? So potentially damage the product and get no refund?? Nope. It's going back as I write this.
Question:	Do all models of this brand require custom trash bags
Answer:	None of the models "require" the SimpleHuman bags. For this particular model, I use regular kitchen trash bags and they fit great!

Answer:	Height= 21 inches with top closed. Width is 11 inches. Depth is 19 allowing for where top affixes plus foot opener. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Generally, most of their hats are. However, performance fabric and material is generally better off not going in the dryer- let them air-dry.

Question:	How do you make it for one large inside bin vs two bins
Answer:	One "large" bin is what is shown in the picture - i.e. one bag is used to fully encompasse the entire bin. For two sections, two bags are needed. In the middle of the inner bin are two indentations, This way you place one end of a bag at the end of the bin and the other in the middle indentations. Then do the same with the other bag ans viola two seperate bagged areas.
