Usually we seasoned it ( after drying for 4 hrs or so & then baking it. Totally worth the money. Nothing goes to waste. I use sage, salt, lemon, black pepper, butter & rosemary mix. Covered the chicken with the mix & bake uncovered. Delicious

Answer:	My last one had only a neck. The one before that had only two necks. Even when I do get the bag of giblets there is hardly any giblets in the bag. The company needs to address this issue since they claim that the chicken comes with giblets. Giblets are defined as the heart, liver, and gizzard. Although often packaged with them, the neck of the bird is not a giblet.

Answer:	I care about this too. They are only fed organic ingredients which are 100% vegetarian. No animal byproducts, which I believe is why they taste better. The main diet is corn followed by soybeans.
