Answer:	I got the 16 pack and there were 16 in the box. It was plenty for my project, I only went through about 7 of them and I did a lot of cutting through 3/4 exterior treated plywood. Cut through that ply like hot knife through butter.

Question:	how deep will they cut
Answer:	The machine can engrave aluminum as far as cutting it it would take a very long time depending on the hardness. To engrave I would set the passing depth at 0.5mm and the feed rate between 150 and 300 mm/min, spindle speed between 300 and 500 rpm. Aim a cooling fan at the work piece and keep a vacuum handy.

Answer:	I use these on a cnc router and plunge with them. I do not see any issues with plunging as long as your set up correctly on speeds.

Answer:	Yes, we use end mill bits for cutting acrylic. These bits are a great value.
Question:	These are solid carbide with an added coating
Answer:	I use them regularly as a contractor. Or used to. Mostly on wood, plastic and aluminum. I would say not good for laminate counter top, but effective for most applications. I recently switch to an oscillating tool which has blades that are much more durable and effective.

Answer:	These bits will work for aluminum provided the engagement force is light. To much force and the grinding heads will dull. For smoothing and polishing you find the best results with an abrasive wheel set. They are also available online.

Answer:	I do Metal Fab and use pneumatic die grinders daily, I bought these to uses with a "pencil grinder" ( die grinder with 1/8 shank) mostly for bronze which is relatively soft. I have used them on steel and they will work but the lifetime of the burr will likely be short. More than anything I found that these burs are not well balanced and at higher rpms they deflect enough to cause vibration and sometimes enough to make using them unsafe- But they are cheap
Question:	Any experience using these to grind steel? I need to enlarge a framework hole to let radiator drain better. Drilling is not an option

Answer:	I don't think so. They are made for a Dremel. If you have an accessory bit for your drill that is Dremel sized, maybe. But Dremels are reasonable, why not just get a Dremel? I have 3. I use the battery powered Dremel & these sanding drums to sand down my dogs' nails. Takes some training, but it doen't split old dog nails like clipping & you can round off the edges nicely. You use a Dremel like a pen, so you have precise control.

Question:	Does it work on hard or soft wood
Answer:	Made in China like most everything else these days. You wouldn't be getting them for this cheap if they were made in the USA. They are pretty good quality however.

Answer:	It sure will work for it, just have a good firm hold on the grinder. The cutters can be a little grabby depending on the thickness of the metal.
Question:	I want to cut and widen a hole in a metal plate for a magnetic phone mounting. Will this work for that
Answer:	They cut great on aluminum, that is what i primarily got them for. However I have bent 3 of them on accident as I got them for my 56,000 RPM pencil grinder and I can only run them at low RPM. 3 times now i have went to twist the dial to turn down/off the grinder and not paying attention turned it up and they immediately spin out of proportion and the shank bends pretty much instantly. Just have to be very carefully how fast you turn them, I can barely turn mine on to where it starts to spin much more and they bend. Probably says rated for only certain RPM in the fine print. Answer:	I've used them on both and in both cases they worked. One burr clogged a little, but I'm pretty sure that was due to the wood being rather resinous. All in all I'm quite happy with the way they perform.
