Answer:	Yes it works with brown 800 ft rolls. We dispense about 1 800 ft roll every day and a half and after a year and 8 months we are still on only our second set of batteries.

Answer:	Pulling on the paper towel causes more to come out. You can tear it off and more will roll out or lightly pull and get a longer length before you tear it off. There's a bar just inside the towel outlet that seems to activate it. If there is no towel, reaching just inside at the bottom and tapping it will roll a towel out to get it started.

Question:	Where do you get the cleaning tablets
Answer:	This product is a pre-wash solution. Use about a teaspoon of solution in a bowl of hot water, then pour the solution into the hose from the bowl. Let it sit 5 minutes, then rinse with hot water. Hose is now ready for regular wash. I use ivory liquid dish soap for 2 or 3 passes, and finish with several passes of hot water for the final rinse. To dry your hose after cleaning, hang it over the back of a door and let it dry out for 5 hours. Shake it several times during the 5 hours to help the water move out. If still damp when it's bedtime, let your cpap machine finish it up. But 5 hours should dry your hose. (I use ivory dish liquid my choice, as it works well for me for the last nine years). By the way, you need to do this once a week at the minimum. The solution seems to make things even cleaner. I plan to use it on a regular basis. Its good to wash away that odor from new cpap equipment as well.

Answer:	I am not aware of the manufacturer's return policy. However, they were able to refund a part of my money due to an unusually late delivery.

Answer:	Soclean support says to be wary of products that are not made by Soclean. The others may not contain the correct amount of carbon filtration media necessary to properly clean your CPAP equipment and may leave unfiltered Ozone in the air where the Soclean is setup. Off Brand Filters made to unknown quality standards and sold by second parties will void your Soclean warranty. Soclean has even had reports of some sellers re-shrink wrapping used Filter Cartridges and selling as "new". As for me and my family, our health and peace of mind are worth the extra monies spent on the original manufacturer's filters.

Answer:	I learned the hard way. Don't just attach the 6 foot heated tubing to the regular 6 foot tubing attached to the mask otherwise air pressure drops having to travel 12 feet to the mask. The manual never mentions it but you need a short tubing (18") attached to the mask.

Question:	How do I clean the large particle filter
Answer:	Not sure...all I have done is scrape with my nails as instructed by the person that delivered my cpap machine. I do change weekly the small one and was washing it prior to my purchase or receiving them from my supplier. Went out of town for four days and when I came back both filters were black....washed both and ruined the big one, glad I had made this purchase as my supplier is only sending the smaller one and this one fits to a t!!

Answer:	Change them as often as you like. Thats the idea of buying your own. You dont have to go by the insurance company rules for how many you can have or use. Personally, I change my filters when the ones in use are obviously dirty. If they are white or close to white, I leave them alone until they arent white or close to white anymore. I would consider this common sense. The bottom line is that it would be up to you as to how often you'd like to change your filters.
